achievement in life. I analyse multiple aspects which improves my quality of life and application
of personality development course is effective approaches which develops efficiency in
individual life.

I analyse that if I have to build my career in human resources field I have to select
graduation in human resource subject because I have to build my career in this field. So I
recognize and develop framework that which more things are requires for my long term goal
achievement.
Benefits of graduation degree:
On the basis of my analyse I recognize that I select the best option when I was doing
graduation I gain multiples aspect which are useful for goal achievement because professors
teacher motivate, and they develop positive structure for career making in human resource field.
But the only things which is not beneficial is they not develop practical aspects with effective
manner (Crowley and O'Sullivan, 2021). So I decide that I have to develop require skills from
internship. Because, expansion of career in this field requires multiple skills like team
