INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge this entire project is based on the review about various challenges
that graduate take participate in the academic experience. This project would identify about the
different types of graduate challenge. Experience of attending the respective challenges will be
presented in the reflective formation. All the learning against attending the challenge would be
presented in this project. What are the key challenges associated with attending the challenge
will also reflect in this project. Personal development plan will also design to develop the
different skills will also summarises in this project.

Apprentice challenges
This is among the main challenges part of the graduate challenge. IN this different
challenges are delegated to the individual team and each team need to complete the challenge so
that overall marks can be earned. ON the basis of the overall performance of the team in the
entire challenge points will be granted. Such team that could gain the maximum number of
points will be rewarded as the best team in this scheme. Due to this challenge I could develop
different skills like communication skill, emotional intelligence, teamwork, time management,
meeting skill and business skill (Bennett, 2019). The overall experience of this challenge has
been a learning exposure for me henceforth, various areas associated with my personality are
also identified where I need to work so that overall growth and development of the personality
can be entertained. I face plenty of issues in delivering my duties under this skill and at the end
of each responsibility my confidence also boosted. Different skills that I could grow and develop
can be projected in the following manner.
Communication skill / Emotional intelligence
Communication skill and emotional intelligence are the key areas that I could grow
against the challenge. These skills are the key aspect about the personality that an individual will
require in order to achieve the maximum level of outcomes against the operations. I also get to
develop the emotional intelligence during the participation of the graduate challenge. Emotional

intelligence is about to keep and maintain the balance in between the emotions and practice
implication of the respective decision-making.
Team work
Team work is another crucial skill factor that I could grab during the participation of the
graduate challenge. AS the challenge allowed us to work in the team due to the initial stage of
the challenge teams are segregated to complete the respective challenge (Cochran-Smith, 2020).
I get to develop my team working ability during the participation of the respective challenge. I
was not good at my team working ability and the participation of this challenge made me realise
about my improved team work ability.
Time management and meeting skill
I also get to develop my time management and meeting skill during the involvement of
this graduate challenge. Time was limited which allowed us to utilise the time in the best way
possible. This skill will support me in future project. WE also required to conduct meeting so
that strategies can be discussed.
Business skill
This is another key skill that I got to improve. I got to learn about the business skill to
maximise the overall outcomes of the decisions.
In future I would utilises resources like internet, seminars and other such resources tio
boost all my skills. The time line for the improvement will be 3 years.
Presentation challenge
I also participated under the presentation challenge as a part of the graduate challenge.
This challenge is about to present the idea that is innovative and different (Gigliotti and et.al.,
2020). This challenge got me to learn different skills and abilities that can be projected in
following manner.
Communication skill / Emotional intelligence
I got to develop my communication skill as the presentation required us to interact with
the audience. This challenge also developed the emotional intelligence side of my personality.
This skill will support me in delivering my future responsibilities (Peacemaker and Roseberry,
2017).
Team work

AS the presentation is not a single person responsibility. This challenge required us to
work in the team. This ability has been a key learning against attending this challenge. This will
also support my future outcomes.
Time management and meeting skill
This is another key learning against attending the presentation challenge. This challenge
was required us to complete the presentation in the respective time. We also get to learn about
the meeting skill.
Business skill
I also get to develop my business skill. This challenge could made me develop and grow
my meeting skill or ability to conduct the team meeting. As we needed to conduct team meeting
which allowed us to develop this skill.
In future I will also conduct the campaign to grow all these skills for next three year. I
will attend seminars, utilise internet and other resources to develop all these skills and abilities
for achieving the best level of outcomes (Longe, 2017).
T shirt challenge
This challenge is about to design a T shirt. This was very fruitful among all other
challenge in term of learning. This challenge could develop different skills and abilities that can
be projected in the following manner.
Communication skill/ Emotional Intelligence
I also get to improve my communication and emotional intelligence during the
participation of this skill. I get to improve this skill so that maximum level of outcomes against
the challenge I get to achieve.
Team work
I also develop my team work ability during the participation of this graduate challenge.
WE got to work in team which also became the reason why I could grow this ability.
Time management and meeting skill
Time management and meeting skills both these abilities I get to develop during this
challenge. This also supported me in achieving all these abilities and skills.
Business skills
I get to develop the business skill in order to participate in the challenge.
In future I will also develop all my skills with the support of internet and seminars.

I get to develop skills like communication skill, emotional intelligence, team work,
meeting skill and other such skills against the participation of different challenges.
