INTRODUCTION
It is identified that there are a number of challenges within the life of student and
professional while working. These challenges are directly associated with development of
skills and abilities to perform the future functions (French and Bruckman, 2020). In context
of the present report there is discussion about different challenges which has to be faced in
order to improve the skills and performing various task. There is also a discussion about an
appropriate action plan which consist smart objectives in order to meet the carrier
requirements.
MAIN BODY
Explain various challenges and describe each skill in order to perform these challenges
properly.
There are number of challenges which has to be faced by the individual in order to
achieve the results in future career as well as improve development. These objectives are
related to performing the functions as well as gaining maximum advantage. Some of these
challenges are discussed below:
Apprentice challenge LSST:
It is the first challenge which are faced while performing these scores. Under this
challenge I used to perform different activities which help me in shaping my skills and
abilities as well as perform different functions. This is helpful to a student in order to bring
their abilities in an appropriate manner while improving different skills such as
communication team working and various other. Some of the skills which are developed from
this module are discussed below:
Communication skills: This challenge help me in developing my communication
skills where in the beginning I used to be informal in my verbal communication. By
performing this challenge it help me in developing regions inside about the formal
communication where I can easily perform and talk with different individuals in
verbal and nonverbal way.
Team working: This challenge also help me in developing an appropriate spirit of
team working where I can perform different functions in accordance with the needs

and requirements. And this are used to develop various objectives which help me in
performing in an appropriate way and combining the system with organisational
objectives (Richards and et. al., 2018). Here, I can easily work with different
individuals within the team as well as combining the effort to achieve better results.
Time management: This function is also developed under this challenge where I can
easily perform different task for stop this challenge help me in dividing my time
according to the task requirement so that I can perform different task in an appropriate
manner and achieve the results in desired time.
Business skills: Under this challenge I can easily develop my business skills where
there are a number of functions which has to be performed by me. The challenges are
related to getting the opportunities and working in appropriate manner analysing
different business opportunities.
Presentation challenges
Tesco challenges used to perform under this presentation challenge. Tesco is a global
performing organisation which is operating as a British multinational retail giant.
Organisation is serving in different products and services which mainly include food and
clothing. there are a number of functions which are performed by this organisation in order to
improve the functioning as well as using innovative approaches to work within the
environment of UK. in context to the present challenge there are various aspects which are
covered in order to make an appropriate presentation of organisational functioning where
different internship programs are followed in accordance with the scope. This also help me in
developing my various skills which are discussed below:
Communication skill: Under this challenge, develop communication skills by
performing different functions in an appropriate manner. This help me in improving
my verbal communication where I can communicate with different individuals while
performing this task within Tesco. This help me in achieving better career
opportunities as well as improving my communication skills for communicating with
different authorities in formal and informal ways.
Teamwork: In context to the present challenge I also used to develop appropriate
teamwork spirit within the organisation where I can understand different functions
and perform this function in a direction to achieve the objective. This help me in

Time management: This also help me in managing time in accordance with the needs

challenge.
Business skills: It is that challenge which involve identification of various functions
as well as using these functions in accordance with the needs and requirements. This

getting inside about it.
T-shirt challenge:
This challenge also performed by me while working within this module. This help me
in identifying different features of T-shirt challenges. Under this challenge we used to
perform and appropriate t-shirt challenge which include logon pricing strategies and various
other functions which are related to a t-shirt challenge. This also help me in performing
appropriate function as well as developing different skills which are discussed below:
Communication skills: This function help me in improving my communication skills
where I can perform different task but communicating with different individuals in
order to promote the t-shirt challenge and improve my non-verbal communication.
Teamwork: This also help me in developing my team working spirits where I can
easily performed within teams by combining with different other individuals.
Time management: In context to the t-shirt challenge, I also develop my time
management skills read this challenge help me in dividing the time in appropriate
functions where I can use to perform these operations in accordance with the needs
and requirements.
Business skills: It include all those skills which I has developed in order to
understand the finance marketing and various other features of this challenge and use
them in my current career objectives.

Critically analyse other business function under these challenges
Branding: This challenge help me in developing my branding skills where I used to
perform various kind of function in order to understand this. under this t-shirt challenge I
used to perform logos as well as manufacture business strategies which help me in
developing a branding concept and using it in order to meet the requirements of this function
(Stoikov and et. al., 2020). This also help me in gaining knowledge about different functions
of branding which can be implemented in future career.
Finance: Performing the challenges will also help me in developing my inside about
finance. Under this I used to perform various kind of budgets which helped me in allocating
appropriate resources as well as using the concept of funding. This also develop me an
appropriate insight and performing the function in accordance with the needs and
requirements.
Operation: I also perform number of functions and operations which help me in
performing appropriate system and achieving result in an appropriate way. This help me in
achieving objectives of challenge.
Evaluate the Tukman’s theory in relation to teamwork.
Tuckman team development theory
This theory is used to identify the different approaches of team building where I can
use different stages in accordance with the functions and managing the challenges according
to the requirements. Storming: It is that stage where I used to identify different individuals which help
in performing the tools and techniques. this also help in identifying the functions
and performing them in an appropriate manner (Martin, 2018). Norming: It is the second stage where I used to identify and combined everything
is on the individual so that objects can be achieved in accordance with the needs
and requirements of the particular task. Performing: Third stage in the process where I used to identify different
individuals capabilities and help them in allocating the roles and responsibility for

performing the task in accordance with the needs and requirements of a particular
task and using their skills to achieve objectives.
Adjourning: This is the last stage in this process where the team will be separated
after achievement of objectives and performing the function.
Action plan
When taking the challenges mentioned above into context it is required by individuals
to make sure that they are working upon various skills in order to make sure that they are
generatingthese skills successfully overtime (Udugama and et. al., 2018). Below mentiond is
an action plan based on SMART objectives that will help individuals to attain all the
mentioned skils:
Specific: It is necessary that individual is working on various skills with specific
targets. All the goals to be achieved should be made specific.
Measurable: I am also required to measure the development of skills from time to
timw inorder to take controlling measures.
Achievable: The goals that are to be attained needs to be chievable so that i can
successfully achieve them using the cation plan.
Relevant: All the steps taken inorder to acheive the goals should be related to topic.
Their relevancy with the skills is necessary.
Timely: I am required to make sure that i can achieve all these objectives inthe time
alloteed. So major focus in the action plan should be paid upon timely completionof
activities.
CONCLUSION
With the above mentioned report it can be concluded that there rae anumber of skills
and abilities that are required to be developed by an individual while they are continuing with
their work eductaional career. It is ncessary that proper attention is paid to these skills so that
all the objectives and aims for individual can be achieved.
