INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge is being used for ensuring students that the must gain knowledge of
skills thoroughly beside the corporate knowledge of words. There is various difficulty which is
being faced by the graduate students during their various courses. These challenges are mainly
used to develop the students to cope up with the dynamic environment. The apprenticeship
challenge is used for acquiring the effective communication skills which guides an individual in
solving various business problems. Also, with the presentation challenge and t shirt challenge
will enhance different business and meeting skills. This reflection report will mainly focus on
critical analysing the apprenticeship challenges, presentation challenge and t shirt challenges.
MAIN BODY
1. Analysing the apprenticeship challenge, presentation challenge and t shirt challenge
Apprenticeship challenge: These programs are mainly the training programs which helps
in giving the occupational training which general combines the work experience, in gaining
knowledge. These challenges are mainly use for analysing and developing the useful skills
which was generally helpful for me gaining the knowledge and skills. These challenges help
students and leads them towards the pathway towards their career. These challenges have helped
me in advancing the career options. The apprenticeship has helped me in various ways mainly in
learning ng by doing things. these are generally regarded as the vocational trainings which
generally provides feedback also to improve in the processes (Levin and et.al., 2021). By doing
and performing the apprenticeship challenge has helped me in targeting my various skills and it
also assist in putting those skills at the prime position which will help in getting better position in
future career.
Presentation challenge: These challenges are mainly conducted for presenting the specific
information in front of the large group of people. This challenges are basically concerning for
presenting the latest new idea or the work. this is used for communicating something with the
group of people (Backwell and Walsh, 2020). The main purpose of the presentation challenge is
for gaining, informing, assessing, and learning. this challenge has helped me in participating and
learning effectively for the topic and tasks concerning with different alternatives and
perspectives.

printing t-shirts. These generally attract lots of consumer as it uses very vibrant colours and it is
the unique way of promoting the brands (Cheng and et.al., 2022). These are generally regarded
as the walking advertisement and marketing of the products which helps in gaining the customer
faith and trust and retain them for purchasing the brand products.

Time management skills: While performing the presentation challenge has helps me in
developing the time management skills as for the presentation it requires rehearsing early about

performing the apprenticeship challenge has assisted me in providing the innovative solutions for
solving various business problems on time.
Meeting skills: These challenges have aided in building meetings skills which will
generally helpful for making the better career in future. As making the presentation has improved

in organising various work related to team and for performing various work concerning with
business meetings and working in team.

people and performing various tasks with the team personnel’s. it has also helped me in building
