INTRODUCTION
The graduate challenge are refers to certain challenges which was by an student while
studying in an university (Brooks, Simpson and Johnson, 2021). These challenges helps student
to learn various things, develop their skill and become more effective in order to get success in
their future career in effective manner. The following report covers different types of challenges
faced by students while studying in an university. It further described skills that developed in
student through challenges as well as action plan that includes required things in order to develop
new skills.
MAIN BODY
Challenges
It is analyse that student face different type of challenges while studying in an university
that helps them to achieve success in their future career in effective manner. These challenges
help students to learn various things and enhance their knowledge in most effective manner. The
challenges I faced in my university that help me to develop skill and knowledge are described
below:
Apprentice Challenges- It is a most effective challenge that helps me to improve my
communication skill in effective manner (Keune and Salter, 2022). This challenge are usually
used by different people that are looking for new job opportunities and this helps them to analyse
working surroundings of the company in effective manner. While studying in London School of
Science and Technology I faced many challenges and apprentice challenge in one of it. This
helps me to learn various things such as how individual take decisions and develop network with
other people in effective manner. This helps people to conduct their work in most effectual
manner. It helps me to develop various skills while interning time in which I have to
communicate and interact with many people as well as perform my work with them. This helps
me to learn how to face top level management authorities of an organisation in effective manner.
Presentation Challenges- This is an another challenge that I face in my university in
which I have to make a presentation related to information of TESCO. For the completion of this
presentation I have to face many difficulties in effective manner. One of these is proper
collection of data in order to prepare presentation in effective manner. This makes me to identify
right and proper data as well as narrow down in order to used in making of presentation in

effective manner. It is important for any type of presentation to does not include more data
because it takes more time in order to present presentation. After making presentation, I have
faced many issues in order to present it in front of large audience in effective manner.
T-shirt Challenge- It is most creative challenge that I faced in my university while
taking graduation from the university (Komulainen and Korhonen, 2021). In this challenge I
have to design logo for the T-shirt of TESCO because it was planned to introduce in the market.
For the designing logo for the T-shirt I faced many issues in order to target customers in
effective manner. I have focus on customers preferences in order to design logo for the T-shirt
of the company. This help me to design logo effectively in order to attract customers in effective
manner. It is important for me to considered company's budget for the designing logo and design
for the T-shirt within budget. After designing t-shirt I have to analyse effective marketing
strategy in order to promote T-shirt in effective manner.
Skills
Communication skills- It describes that communication is important concept that helps
individual to understand various topic in effective manner. It will decrease the chances of
misunderstanding in effective manner. All these challenges helps me to improve my
communication skill in effective manner. It provides me an ability in which I can speak with
many people without any hesitation. While giving presentation I will maintain my eye
contraction in order to give my presentation in most effective manner. Proper listening helps me
to improve my vocabulary which assist me to present ideas in more clear manner as well as
easily understandable by the audience in effective manner.
Team working skills: Team working skills is one of important skills that is developed by
me by facing above mentioned challenge (Tshishonga, 2022) . In order to complete a project in
a team, it is essential skill. I was asked to design logo while working in a team, where I get
opportunity to develop this skill.
Time management skills: it is another important skill which is developed by me while
facing challenge. For completing these challenge, I have less time for which I require to develop
this skill. It allows me to manage time in a way that helps me to complete work on time.
Business skills: Business is another skill that is require by managers in individual. It is a
skill that provide opportunity to individual in life and also provide them career success. It is
developed by me while working at Tesco that is important for me to gain work experience.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report, it is concluded that graduate challenges are the
collection of different challenges such as apprentice, presentation and T-shirt challenges that are
faced by the students while taking graduation in the university. These challenges helps students
to develop various skills such as communication, teamwork and time management skills in
effective manner.
