A student while conducting their activities to obtain high scores within university faced
varied challenges. The current assignment will explain reflective statement that is based on
knowledge and skills development through participation in three major challenges, these are T-
shirt, apprentice, and presentation challenge.
MAIN BODY
Analysis of three challenges which concentrates on business angle
Apprentice challenge is concerned with making the communicational skill strong as it
involves undergoing apprenticeship training. I have seen that these task is done at all levels of
company which basically gives emphasis on creating innovation, marketing plan, battle of brand,
etc. I have analysed that this challenge is associated with aching students to come up with new
business ideas which can help the firm to make higher printability and sustainability. In my
opinion giving feedback regarding the activities conducted is useful I ache students to garb the
different types of skills like budgetary control, innovative thinking, business skills, time
management, etc. The particular challenge is conducted to make students aware of prevailing
corporate way of financing and managing operations in effectual manner (Crawford-Lee and
Moor wood, 2019). I came to know that how financial practices are managed companies for
achieving the organizational goals. There is higher emphasis is given on team building activities
for making the performance of organization for gaining expertise knowledge of managing
operational practices of business.
I have evaluated that participation in this particular challenge is one of the best activity
in which I have involved. It has given me opportunity to analyse significant factor that can
impact the suc SS of my career. This is team based challenge in which I was responsible for
preparing financial budget. I came to know that have good communicational skill which has
helped me to coordinate with other participates for delivering results in effectual manner. My
team was presenting branding related part of a company in which I have realized that there is
lacking of time management skill in me. This ye to non efficiency of excel utilization k has
resulted in providing delay results. In my opinion, pale of significant contribution in team
performance by properly coordinating and managing my role sand responsibilities. The

given. It was held on bigger platform in which large number in which along with me large
number of students participated. Each student has given single topic so that larger area of
knowledge can be evaluated for having better knowledge and processing. This challenge as
compare to other is quite difficult as it put a lot of pressure on me to perform effectively in term
of presenting my ideas and thoughts via advance technologies. During this activity, I had
developed time management skill, which cater unpredicted benefits to me. It can be said that
