INTRODUCTION
The graduate challenge refers to the activity in which the student is engaged in different
activity in order to develop or acquire the skills for the success ( Dinh and Salas,2017). With the
resistance of challenges such as apprentice, presentation and T-shirt challenge. The present
report will examine the three challenges given to the individual student. Furthermore, the report
will highlight various skills identified while completing the challenges along with action plan for
the improvement of the skills.

Analysis of challenges
T-shirt challenge
It is the challenges in which we suppose to design the branded T SHIRT with the specific
theme which is related to the taste and preferences of the consumer in the marketplace. In the
challenge the marketing plans, formulation of the logo, arrangement of attire and financial cost
utilized in the production included in it ( Torres, 2019). My business idea is to generate
Barcodes and utilized it for the business development. We launch the logo that is SQUAD for
the purpose of t shirt challenge. We target the potential clients with real time working barcode.
Because of present condition me and my teammate decide to sale the product in lower price
which is of £10. The intention of this challenge is to deliver to increase the business skills which
involves researching of the market segmentation and identify the points which the consumer
considered while buying commodity from the marketplace. The logo of our t-shirt is developed
in order to attract the attention of the consumer and increase the scale of company’s sales
( Lubwama,2020). Our target audience are the adults and middle-aged people. With the
assistance of communicational and creative skills we successfully able to form the logo that
were relevant to our aims. We utilized the numeracy skills in order to examine the expenses and
profit generate by the members of our team with formulation of the income statement. While
doing this challenges my team members face the difficulty in proper management they manage
the work but not able to complete the task on given time period

Presentation challenge
The presentation challenge indicates the capability of each and every individual to
deliver the message to people. In order to enhance the knowledge and develop the creativity of
each student the university asked to present a preadaptation for the further improvement (DIN,
SHUNMUGAM and YUSOF,2021). In order to complete the challenge, I present power point
presentation of the new organisation which deliver the product to the people of the UK with the
motive of generating profit and satisfy the consumer. With the business skill I conduct the
research and represent the market as per the new business organisation like financial
requirement, legal structure, licence and permit, insurance etc. I was little bit nervous that how I
will manage to research the data on given time but people of my group assist in research
programme. I utilized online platform to identify the taste and preferences of the consumer as
well as demand of the market so the launching business will able to lead market. I determine the
innovative technology and aspects which give assistance in holding the market rapidly. I also
represent that how I will improve the service to face the forthcoming challenges like I will work
on the feedbacks given by the consumer. Therefore, With the assistance of my good business
skills, I am able to deliver the perfect presentation in front of the audience which enhance my
communicational skills.
Interview challenge
The interview challenges are the most amazing challenge for me because I identify
various interpersonal skills which is essential for us in day to day life (Kabeyi, 2019). in order to
determine the talent and capability of the particular candidate the interviewer asked several
questions. From this challenge I learned thee point on which bases the candidates are hired for
the perfect job role. In order to make better understanding the communication is very important
as it exchanges the ideas and I am able to complete this stage of interview. In the interview
process I performed very well and able to answer the required question asked by the
interviewers. This challenge is conducted in order to fulfil the position which is vacant in the
company. For the position of the Amazon manager I gave the interview which is the most
exciting part for me as lots of information I acquire. It is very essential to haver resume while
conducting or during the process of interview. In order to complete the stage successfully letter
of recommendation and sharing the experience with the interviewer was really effective. During

work. It is the skill in which the members of group or individual person express the feeling with

Basically, it is process of expressing ideas and thoughts with the others. While me and my
teammates are completing the challenges due to communicational skills we are able to complete
the task on time. When I required any information which I cannot access by myself I
communicate with my team-mate. We enjoyed the activity assigned by the university in order to
enhance our skills. While conducting the challenges I come to know that I have to improve my
communicational skills for converse the public. For the marketing of the product, we produce
like in t shirt challenge it is very essential to bring out creativity and identify the taste and
preference of consumer which can be possible with good communicational skills (Truong, Laura
and Shaw,2018). I face the difficulty in intermediating with the people which decrease my
confidence as well.
