INTRODUCTION
The present report is based on the three prominent challenges which are faced by the
individuals at the time of their graduation. The first one is apprenticeship challenge which is
essential activity and also helps in their academic career in which government agencies of a
suitable support to students at the time of their studies to gain their degree while doing job.
Moreover, the test also considered the portfolio and reflection based on the presentation
challenge that need suitable introduction on Tesco which is the most perceived and suitable store
chain in UK. Along with this t-shirt challenge was also considered as the noticeable action it is
prominently linked with the enhancement of logon for the t-shirt brand considering the monetary
projections. Away with this the reflection and Portfolio is identified considering the prominent
abilities that are applied and also needed for the test.
Apprentice Challenge (LSST)
Analysis
Apprenticeship challenge is quite imperative and also considered for the prominent
strategic policies of LSST considering the prominent activities which are helpful in terms of
deciding the prominent decisions by considering the benefits to their partners of the company
and also leads to develop suitable network individuals who are from interconnected with the
company (Sandri, Holdsworth and Thomas, 2018). It also leads to prominently upgrade the
information in terms of setting suitable practices within the company and also follow general
public for their power fitting. Along with this it also needs to improve the business exhibition in
an effective way.
Discussion
Undertaking the prominent attitudes which are used for testing the communication skills
and collecting skills which are conspicuous for the individual considering the expert skills.
Besides this effective use of permanent skills is not required for this calling purpose but also
needed at the professional level. Besides this considering the prominent abilities in terms of
gathering attitudes which are viable for the way in which I was very powerful to put my
perspective properly considering the successful thinking for the future outcomes. Along with this
I was quite aware to every single person while the discussion was going on and undertaken my

communication skills in terms of having effective development of personality. Moreover, an
explanation behind this should be quite attentive to the individuals and I was quite unfitted for
the launch of my perspective on the grounds of significance of the degree to other individuals.
Action plan
It is essential to prominently and hence the suitable skills at the time of pursuing college
and graduate degree as it is required to advance the suitable profession (Hunter and Cook, 2018).
Along with this in terms of improving my suitable competencies and abilities undertaking the
specific skill I need to embrace discussion among my fellows by which I am quite capable to
discourse the attitudes and also considered suitable certainty considering the importance of
information which I am launching.
Tesco Presentation
Analysis
This challenge is quite prominent as it is required by the company to permanently analyse
the situation of market considering the performance of Tesco by comparing it with its
competitors. For this the business purpose and the challenge emphasize on the existing
operations of Tesco undertake certain recommendations which are required for the company to
follow in terms of enhancing the performance in the market (Dewa and et. al., 2020).
Discussion
The suitable focus of the challenge was to execute my presentation skills which I was
required to develop presentation considering the communication within the class. Furthermore,
research skills were also prominently required for the suitable achievement of the challenge.
There were various positive aspects which are concerned with the skills related with the
challenge. For instance, my research skills have been quite effective in terms of collecting
prominent information concerned with the company existing industrial Trends and suitable
competitors for the overall performance (Succi and Canovi, 2020). Along with this my
prominent communication skill including emotional intelligence and taking the sound while
communicating the presentation to the individuals within the class. Besides this there are few
negative aspects that are concerned with the challenge which are developed as the barrier to

accomplish the prominent activities. For instance, skill that become challenging for me was
presentation skill and I found it quite critical to develop presentation on the grounds of data
which I need together on the Tesco. The reason behind this is that I have not been familiar with
the presentation software and also need more details to enhance my competence level.
Action plan
It is a factor for me to prominently in hands presentation skills effectively to guarantee the
higher capability by identifying it with the introduction and also add on it for the expert
profession. Along with this I prominently upgrade my competencies within the 3-year graduation
period of my coursework full stop along with this I prominently embrace the prominent training
from my supervisor which is helpful for me and terms of developing and improving my
presentation skills and also extent of my things for various launch as well. Along with this these
activities are also helpful for me in terms of developing suitable skills at the time of upcoming
launch and considered as equivalent at the class work considering my expert skills.
T-shirt Challenge
Analysis
The t-shirt challenge was prominently linked with the analysis of logo for the brand by
considering the name of Allstar. The prominent challenge was required to be accomplished
within the budget of $250 with prominent identification of the target market of Tesco for their t-
shirts. The challenge was quite significant in terms of offering insight regarding the branding and
Finance which depict the suitable angle for the business organisation. Along with this the
learnings from the challenge was also related with the target Market by determining the
prominent approach and also know that branding is helpful to acquire and attract customers in an
effective manner (Monagle and et. al., 2018). For example, the target market of Tesco was young
individuals who are environmental conscious. Therefore, considering the purpose capital “T” is
used as the logo of company in terms of attracting more individuals towards the originality and
eco-friendly products. Besides this MS Excel also used for the challenge in terms of developing
and formulating suitable budget which is required to make sure the effectiveness of the
operation.

Discussion
In regard of this diarrhoea skills which are used to complete the overall challenge as the
first one is team working which is required to make sure the suitable integration of various
individuals to perform effective task to accomplish common objectives. I was an active team
member who is responsible to carry forward each and every operation of association with the
challenge. Along with this considering my soft skills which is enhanced and also quite easy for
me to prominently integrate individuals for developing their logo. Along with this time
management is also an effective skill which is utilised for the same deadline and also required in
terms of meeting for developing effective budget to develop a logo (DePaoli and et. al., 2018). It
was quite challenging for me as I was unable to prioritise the activities in terms of contributing
my efforts to complete the challenge. As far as this working within the MS Excel is concerned
with effective uploading the draught for the budget and separating cost to make sure the
availability of adequate resources. Besides this time consuming is also a challenging activity as I
am pretty much good at the basics of software but also have wider scope for the improvement.
Action plan
At the time of upgrading my time management skills while pursuing my Course work in
the college I need to take suitable inputs and guidance from my supervisor and mentor which is
essential for me to decide the particular way in which I am lacking. Along with this for working
with MS Excel workshops and preparing projects it should be embraced by me in terms of
developing and upgrading my skills for working with the specific product.
CONCLUSION
By considering the above discussion it is identified that apprenticeship challenge is quite
successful and also helpful for the development of suitable competencies considering the better
and powerful knowledge which is acquired from the degree of The Course work in terms of
improving the activities of company and their working manner. Along with this presentation
challenge also empowered and give brief understanding for the proper skills that are required to
create and introduce their presentation. Along with this effective identification also helpful for
me to decide more things on the basis of prominent focus of the suitable capabilities which is
helpful for me in upgrading their extent of development. In regard of this t-shirt challenge is also

considered as the enhancement of skills which are identified and mark in terms of obtaining the
target market. Along with this at the time of working at MS Excel is useful for me two of
effective guidance to prominently developing and executing plans for the budget information of
the company which is essential to achieve suitable targets while having effective development of
activities.
