INTRODUCTION
This project will study about the challenges including the presentation challenge,
apprentice challenge and t-shirt challenge which I faced during my working exposure or
participating in different situational contrast. This project will also highlight the skills which I
learned during this whole work exposure in the company. The report will also examine the
personal development plan consisting of goals, strategies, resources and time horizon.
MAIN BODY
Presentation challenges
Description:
Sharing the information and knowledge by making the audience as hero and being
audience-centric are all included in a good presentation. While making presentation I researched
all the information regarding my company under which I include the financial information,
management information, working of the company and many more aspects and then I compare
the grabbed information with the competitors of my company. However losing of focus or
concentration, lack of effective communication, holding the audience, eradicating the main
objective of presentation, unable to produce the desired output, fear of stage or large number of
people, lack of confidence, are some major challenges of presentation.
Skill learned:
I learned many skills while making the presentation or showing the presentation in front
of audience. The main skill I learned is the effective communication skill during performing the
presentation. Earlier my way of communication is not very effective in terms of grammatically
correct language as well as chosen of required vocabulary but when I face this challenge and
when I made and present my presentation among the employees or among my fellows I find an
excellent improvement in myself regarding the level of communication (Hämäläinen, Hahtokari
and Rantanen, 2017). And now I'm able to deliver the exact meaning or message of my
communication among the employees which help me and my company to achieve the success
and objective.
My level of research has also broadened up during making of presentation. Because when I was
making my presentation I researched at a wider level regarding the company and its management
or financial position in comparison of its competitors.

When, I was making my presentation I learned time management skill in addition to completion
of my normal work (Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). I learned how to make the main idea or
theme of the study in a short, informative and precise manner which helps me to deliver the best
output but in minimum time.
Area of improvement:
However, I learned a lot while making presentation but still there are some skills which is
yet to be improved by me including my level of confidence which is not that much high, my way
of presentation to hold my audience, along with learning of management skill are yet to be
improved or developed by me.
Apprentice Challenge
Description:
Under this challenge I collect the detailed information regarding my company, I searched
about the current financial position of the company, then I analysed the performance of my
company in terms of its profit earning capacity or sales ratios. After, searching all the
information I made presentation explaining all my researched work. Also, while doing this
challenge I face difficulty in terms of my lack of effective communication, lack of confidence,
lack of holding the audience and many more.
Skill learned:
While making presentation or facing apprentice challenge I learned many skills including
the management skills which developed my deep knowledge regarding the Microsoft office as
well as learning management functions. I also learned communication or explanation skills
which help me to give the deep information about the concerned topic in effective manner so that
I would be able to deliver the actual concept or meaning which I want to share with my audience
(van der Vleuten, van den Eertwegh and Giroldi, 2019). Earlier I was not able to analyse or find
the information in detail form about any topic but during finding the detailed information about
the company which is a foremost requirement of this challenge in terms of making the
presentation, my research skills are also developed at a greater extent.
I was also not very much confident regarding taking of decision and choosing of accurate
way to deal with a particular situation but during this challenge I learned how to take appropriate
or accurate decision or how to differentiate between the relevant and non relevant information
(Pieterse, Stiggelbout and Montori, 2019). Apart from the above skills I also learned the

importance of time and experience the value of time which helps me in developing the time
management skills. While dealing with this challenge I learned many business skills and I
experienced how the business actually works which helps me in developing my practical
approach and knowledge regarding the business.
Area of improvement:
Apart from learning many skills there are still some skills which is required to be more
improvised by me in terms of more development of confidence and patience so that I would be
able to hold my audience well and I will never loose patience in front of audience. Apart from
improving my level of effective communication I also need to learn and improve my level of
vocabulary so that I would be able to express the clear meaning of my message in front of my
audience or employees.
T-shirt challenge
Description:
While dealing with t-shirt challenge or designing and making the t shirt for my company
I find many challenges in terms of deciding and framing the proper cost structure, so that the cost
of the company will lower down in comparison of earning profit. Also, I face challenge in
making the t-shirt of my company completely different from the other competitive company in
terms of its designing or branding. I also find many challenges while doing the market research
in terms of gathering the information regarding the market trends or the outcome of the sale of t-
shirt of my company.
Skills learned:
I learned many skills while meeting this challenge. Earlier I was a bad team player but
while doing this challenge I learned the concept of team work along with its practical
implication. I also learned the decision-making skill during this challenge because I take lots of
decision while designing the t-shirt or printing the t-shirt, or during the making of cost structure
for my company (Brock, 2017). While, dealing this project I connect myself with the t-shirt as
my product and it increases my emotional quotient as my purpose of making t-shirt depends on
my interest and creative skills which I use in the making of it.
While, dealing this challenge I develop my business skills which will help me in making
marketing strategies of how to produce a t-shirt while concerning the interest of the current
generation and this business skill will also increase my efficiency and will result in effective

performance in the company. Due to improvement in my performance, my efficiency was
increased, which resulted in my time management process to be perfect. While, dealing this
challenge I learned how to manage time along with work. This skill helped me and my company
to direct towards growth and development. I also learned communication skill during the dealing
of this challenge which involves the marketing of the t-shirt and improvement of sale proportions
for the company.
Area of improvement:
Although I learned many skills while processing this challenge but still there are some skills
which is yet to be improved by myself in order to make myself perfect which includes the proper
improvement in effective communication so that I will be able to more clarify my thoughts
among my audience or customers and able to perform marketing in a much better way.
