INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing can be defined as analytical practice in which the writer describes a
real and imaginary scene, event, interaction and others which can helps to increase the insights
and personal skills of a person. This is important for individual to take part in learnings and
develop themselves (Buisson and et.al., 2019). The report is based on reflection that will help to
understand how I improved my skills and knowledge. When I studying in University, different
challenges faced by me that might be create problem for further learning and getting good
opportunities but due to having some good skills I managed all complexities. The purpose of
report is to state what I learnt in study and how I managed the all problems. The report covers
challenges, skills and action plan which is needed to increase the practices.
MAIN BODY
The Challenges
When I was learning in University of London, I increased my knowledge and abilities in
which I was weak. As an individual it is important to have good skills and abilities to work
effectively which can help to provide the opportunities in upcoming period and develop the
business skills. As my tutor studied me about business angle and activities which are needed to
perform in all business field that supported me to establish a business and manage the all
functions. While studying I faced the many challenges such as apprentice challenge, presentation
challenge, Tshirt challenge, and Scheduling problems (Abdullayeva and et.al., 2019). In
apprentice challenge I noticed that I was not able to building a good team as my tutor has
assigned me an assignment which I need to complete on time by working with team. I needed
good team people who got ready to work collaboratively and by promoting the people. As I was
week in to maintain the good communication and inspiration a team, faced the problem which
might be create the problem in completing task on time. The another challenge faced by me
Presentation as I noticed that I got panic in front of other while representing my self and my
ideas which I thought to completing project on time. To complete the project and influencing
other presentation skills is most important as it states how we are going to present and how
people supports by listening actively. I was feeling nervous while sharing my ideas to other
people which has created the problem in influencing my teachers. The T-shirt challenge which
faced by me as who are targeted customers, selecting the design of product, production cost,

market segmentation, pricing strategy, and marketing strategy which is needed to solve while
learning about branding, finance, and operation that can help me to establish a business. Due to
facing another challenge is preparing a schedule as I confused what should I do first and how to
manage all workings in particular organization and workplace. Scheduling is the important
activity which should be prepare by an individual as it increase learning what should do first and
how to manage the all activities. I had lots of work and activities which needed to complete but I
confused what should be first and in how much time that has created the problem for me to
manage the all workings and activities. All challenges faced by me during learning classes that
needs to be solve on time that can help to increase understanding how businesses actually work
and develop the all performance. These challenges identified by me by conducting the SWOT
analysis which helped me to know my strength, weakness, opportunities and threats (Gordon
and Brady, 2019).
The Skills
Skills can be defined as ability and activity to perform an action that can help to complete
the task and manage the all workings. While taking classes and working on a project which has
assigned my tutor A SWOT analysis helped me to know my strength and weakness that
supported to bring the changes. I noticed that communication skills or emotional intelligence
skills was not good due to which I was facing the problem to building a team and inspiring the
people for working effectively (Lopez and Winkler, 2018). I felt nervous and panic while
handling the activities. The time management and meeting skills of me is quite good as I could
arrange the time for particular activities that helped me to allocate the work and deciding time for
particular work. For managing and handling any project I needed to have team work skills in
which I was weak. Team building skills means to analyse the skills of people and prepare a team
by selecting and placing people at right place so that each task can be done in decided period.
The another skill was business and competencies development that involves presentation and use
of excel in which I was not good, has created problems in learnings. I observed that to decision
the budget and allocation the funds for particular activities I should be good knowledge about
spreadsheet as well as excel that can help to arrange the all workings and delivering the right
performance. I realized that I need to complete the accounting and mathematical course which
can bring the improvements in learning and help to complete the project on time by analysing
expenses which might be occur in any project (Legett, Page and Bernal, 2019).

While taking the classes about branding, finance and operation I analysed challenges and
problems which faced that needs to be solve. Moreover, skills should also be improve by taking
the regular classes and participating in activities. A presentation plan prepared by me which
helped to bring the changes in my skills and problems as they increased or solved within
specified period. A action plan is defined below:

From the report it can be concluded that skills can be expertise and talent which should

effectively by managing all activities and functions. Action plan is defined as bringing changes
and improvements in which individuals are weak that can help to manage the all workings and
developing the business performance by providing good opportunities. Moreover, SWOT
analysis is highlighting on personal strength and weakness.
