INTRODUCTION
There are various challenges faced by individual while completing education, below report is
based on the various challenges that different individuals face in the years of the graduation. In
this report many challenges are included in their academic years, such presentation challenges,
communication challenges, appreciate challenges and many more (Click, 2018). The report
below is based on the reflection that used for representing the challenges faced by the individual
in the company. Such as communication skills, teamwork, business skills, and time management
skills that could help in better growth in the academic performance of the students. This report
also include action plan that could help in improvement of learning skills and capabilities of
students.
MAIN BODY
Challenges
T-shirt challenge
Several business aspects are to be analysed during T-short challenge so that logo related
to T-shirt is to be created it helps in promoting logo of brand in market. In this different
condition of market are to be included in this challenge t0o examine the efficient target market so
that product can be offer appropriately to user. The budget is to be fixed for this challenge i.e.
£100. During this several skills are to be developed that are communication skill, time
management skill, business skill (Mok and Jiang, 2018). That helps me taking effective decision
so that business can grow to new heights. It is vital for getting higher success. At the time of
creating logo of T-shirt it is to be patented so that it cannot be copied by others.
Presentation challenges:
During the preparation of presentation I faced many challenges that affect the team work
in my team such as team members faced conflict while divided work among the team members.
Every member of team was not aware about the proper knowledge and information about the
presentation topic. Communication skill is most important part of presentation and lack of
communication skills could impact the over all performance of team members. While facing
these challenges I learned about the importance of communication skills and team management
skills. It also helps me in better understanding of how I can present my thoughts and knowledge
to the audience and make them understand about my presentation topic.

Debate challenges:
The major challenge in presentation is selection of topic that can be present in appropriate
manner. The topic that was chosen for the presentation is the importance of CSR as tool of
advertising and foreign organisation that should follow the rules and regulation of home county
in international laws. Gathering effective knowledge about the topic and collection of proper
information helps in better understanding of the topic (Stock, 2020). Maximisation of proper
information and knowledge could help in better growth and development of the debate
challenges.
Hotel challenges:
In the current scenario it is difficult for me to make growth in the hotel industry because
of the pandemic situation in over all world and there are various rules and regulation of
government on the hotel industry. So it is an huge challenges for me if I want to increase my
growth in hotel industry.
Reflection on the skills learned from skills
 Communication skills- It reflects as a challenge related to level of interaction with other
person that I can face while conducting meetings with person. In this overall performance
within several horizon can be done in adequate way. It helps in developing working
environment so that working conditions can be positively developed. Due to this I can
gain the competitive advantage because of this my performance level is to be maximised
that is useful to attain the target with positive interaction with the members. By involving
in this skill I can get encouraged and committed towards my work due to this task can be
completed effectively. In this several challenges are to be faced by doing the changes and
improvements as per the requirements so that work can be done in better manner. This
will enhanced working capabilities of mine in several distinct terms that helps in long
term sustainability so that growth and success can be faced by me(Curtis-Boles, Chupina
and Okubo, 2020). It is mainly useful in doing the innovation because it reflects the
individual potential in working with the proper perfection. It includes several goals and
objectives that are useful in gaining skills in this standards and regulations are to be
promoted to high extent. It helps in representing high level of growth and success within
operational and functional that helps in measuring growth in appropriate way. In this I
can face the challenge to maintain and organise the goals with proper working policies so

that profitable results can be seen within specified period of time. It also reflects the
strength of mine within completing the work that helps in increasing my professional
career in context of future perspective.
 Team work skills- Involving within this skill consist a major challenge. In this I can face
the challenge related to effective team working that can matched the proper standards so
that proficiency can be maintained and improved as per the time. In this term specific
target is to be developed that enhanced working which is very useful to clear the vision so
that proficient results can be face in the professional career. In this several challenge can
be faced by an organisation in related to team work because team working helps in
providing productive results by enhancing performance level(Wette and Furneaux, 2018).
It helps in reflecting vision oriented framework that can enhance the level of
professionalism in effective manner. In this I can generate the better level ideas that can
useful to gain competitive advantage with proper suitability. Involving within the domain
I can effectively understand the concept of team working by involving in several
activities. It will enhance my team management skill that enrich the overall strength. In
this module, on several stages I can feel comfort and connected because of changes are
induced that can useful to developed my decision making skills. This also helps in
increasing my learning skills that gives the high level of satisfaction in my professional
career.
As I worked under the team which is beneficial for modifications and enhance my
academic performance. There are various ideas and information that I collected while working
with the team that helped me in better achievement of academic goals and targets. It helped in
better sustain growth and achievement of overall academic growth.
 Time management and meeting skills: This skill helped me in achievement of abilities to
work with the team and enhance my skills and capabilities. In team there are tow or more
people are involved and all the team member has different ideas and their perceptions that
helped me to gather more knowledge and information about the team work. It also helped
me to increase my socializing skills that could help me in my academic growth. I tried
my best to coordinate with all team members and make effective working with them. I

used Tuckman's theory for better solution on team conflict. While facing team conflict
issues I learned about self control and how I can solve issues among my team members.
