Developing and learning new skills helps individual to continuously account to a mindset
which is focused on meeting various challenges and accounts to personal as well as professional
development. These skills help individuals with valuable contribution which accounts to increase
in productivity and efficiency at workplace. Present report will assess to various challenges and
skills required to meet the same which will account development of action plan for the same.

This challenges serves as the best means that helps in identifying leaders which are being
found in a team that helps in building a team and helps in establishing co-ordination between the
same that accounts teamwork. This accounts to a popular choice of building team by employees.
This challenges serves as individual to enhance there skills related to communication and also
relates to innovation and creativity which helps in building and making contribution towards
professional as well as personal development. This challenges helps in laying down various
outcomes that are favourable in nature such as developing networking, interpersonal skills while
working with peers, helps in providing guidance on the part of leaders to handle team effectively
and also accounts to rapidly changing needs, wants and demands which helps in covering various
areas of business operations such as leadership, management and others (Hirsch, 2020).
Presentation challenges-
This are the challenges being present for the individual while something is being
presented to someone which includes proper planning, practice, performance, preparation and
consistency. It could be relatable with the fear to speak in front of the large audience which leads
to a scenario where one get conscious and nervous and forgot to speak of what is being prepared
by the individual and as a result leads to spoiling of the presentation, another challenge being
possessed in presentation is that audience might walk of when individual is presenting which
could be by varied reason such as audience have other commitments where it is being hard for
them to listen or they are finding it hard and getting bored which leads to distraction and less

It relates to challenge being poised in regards with printing of T- shirts for a business
which helps in laying down its promotion and positioning of business and let target audience
know what is business all about and giving the taste of its products and services, The challenge
which is being stated in this is regards with its design which needs to be served as attractive and
catchy for the audience and helps in generating willingness of what is being offered by the
business (Romano Reynolds, Hanson, 2017). It states that the design should be in a manner which
serves as the means of conveying the message which the business wants to convey and which
should be easily understood by the audience and should not be complex in nature. This challenge
is related with the right placement of design and ensure using right typology, colour and various
others which helps in attracting the target audience.

Skills is the ability to do something and individuals tend to learn new skills in such a way
that they are able to achieve their life goals and for achieving this they have to learning new
things acquire knowledge from their experience and also with the theoretical sources (Mok and
Jiang, 2017). The main objective behind this is to achieve one's full potentials and also at the
same time try to integrate the new learning in such a way that something new and attractive is
achieved. Following are the key features which has to be learning by which individual in order to
become successful in achieving life objectives.
