INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge means challenges faced by the students at the time of the graduation
in the university. There are many like time management issues, work life balance problems and
stress generate in the students journey. These report is based on the reflection my experience
which is based on the three challenges are apprentice challenge, presentation challenges and T-
shirt challenges (Avella and et.al., 2016). At the graduation time I focus on all three challenges
which is very beneficial for develop my communication skills, team leading skills, and
personality development skills. All three challenges are important for me to complete my
objective of the life, from these I am able to generate my strength and weakness in my
personality which is need to improve in the future. I achieve my objective through this theories
by apply in my day to day activities and also achieve my group challenges which is given to me
as the task at the time of the college.
MAIN BODY
Business angel of three challenges
In this reports there are three challenges are specify which are apprentice challenge,
presentation skills and T-shirt challenge. All these challenges are very useful in doing the
business in the future.
Apprentice challenges- At the time of development of skills, it is the most important
challenge for building the team activities. In simple terms, it is very useful in finding the
leader in the group team. It is very useful in promotion of the collaborative working. As
regarding to my business. I develop innovate product through this, and make my brand so
popular in the market which help me increase of my sales. This challenges help me in
improving my communication skills, generate creativity, make me think innovative,
develop my business skills, budget control, management of the time in the study which is
very important, teams spirit and sense of achievement.
Presentation challenges- Presentation challenges means issues faced by the students at
the time of presentation of the topic and skills in front of everybody. In simple terms it is
an art that require full practice to become perfect in this. In this challenge there is two
challenges is formed are quality content and visual aid for support the content. For the
business manager this challenge is most important because they are able to show their

products and services in front of every customer for increase the revenue of the business.
From this challenge I am able to develop my oral communication skills and develop my
skills in making the slides of the good quality content (Ball, Anderson and Chan, 2017).
T-Shirt challenges- This challenges is based on the business of the clothing, there are
various issues are cost of the raw material increasing or decreasing according to the
demand of the product, labour challenges they charge high price or low price according
to work, transportation is also effect the clothing business because if there is no transport
of the finished product then it is the loss for the business. Through this I am able to
develop my skills in the estimated of the revenue and expenditure, earn adequate profit
by apply various strategies in the business.
Personal skills development
Personal skills is very important for the development of the personality development.
These are the soft skills which is used in solving the problems, maintaining relationship and
improve the communication skills (Ni, JZhang, Lin and Shen, 2017).
Strength
Business skills- business skills refers to
the skills which is used in the business
are leadership, project management,
time management and financial
management skills. Through this I am
able to solve the problems easily. For
example- I have to deal with the party
regarding the contract in the future for
this, I develop my communication skills
to get in touch with the party for long
run and I use my negotiation skills for
the set the sale price.
Spreadsheet- it is refers to the use of
the excel for maintain the records of the
financial data in the company which is
very necessary skills for the
Weakness
Emotional intelligence- it means
ability to understand the emotions in
the positive way which help in to
remove the stress and help in empathize
with others. For example- in my
organization if anyone is not follow my
words than I am getting angry on silly
talks.
Presentation skills- presentation skills
means presentation of the content in
front of everyone. For example- in the
class every time I feel scared in giving
the presentation the given topic because
of lack of confidence.

development of the finance skills.
Through this I am able to make
financial statements in a effective way
and in the fast way. For example – In
my business I use spreadsheet for
maintain the debtor and creditor, when
the money is debit or when it is credit.
Opportunities
Attend all presentation webinar- I
have to attend all webinar related to the
presentation to improve all skills so I
give better presentation in front of
everyone.
Managing the emotional intelligence-
I have to take training regarding this to
make control on my emotional views so
I can handle all situation with proper
way.
Threats
Improve oral communication- if I am
not improving my presentation skills,
then I am not able to improve my
communication skills easily. It takes
time it is improve from practise only.
Managing the business skills- In
managing business skills help in
increase the revenue of the business in
the future time which result is
maximization of the profit.
Potential areas for continuous improvement
Continuous improvement is very necessary in the day to day life for the regular operation
because this make our personality effective and increase the productivity in the working style.
There is the requirement of improvement in all my weakness for achievement of my life goals.
In the presentation skills and emotional intelligence there is the need of improvement in
the confidence level and in the self awareness (Oh, Dong and Lim, 2016).
Confidence level- it is the very important level required in all the skills because without
this no skills is performed. Confidence is the main thing for maintain the eye contact

with the audience, it also help me to remain motivated in all task, it is very important to
balance the personal life with the professional life for this there is the need of full
confidence.
Self awareness- Self awareness means aware of the different aspects in our personal
traits, behaviour and feelings. It is very important to overcome all the challenges which
is faced by me at my university. Through this I am able to focus attention on my aim
which is the main goal of my life.
Working in teams
For working in teams there is the necessary of the theory name as Bruce Tuckman's
theory. It is published by the Dr Bruce Tuckman in the 1965. This theory is useful for the team
development in different areas of maturity and ability. Through this help they are able to
establish relationship also and leader is able to change leadership style also according to the
requirement. In this five stages is include which is given below-
Forming- It means there is high dependence on the leader for proper guidance and
direction. Leader is able to answer all the query related to the team purpose, objectuives
and their relationship. According to my experience I am becoming the leader of the
Information technology company by the boss of the organization. I have to provide all
directions for doing the activity successful. I know all roles and responsibilities of every
employee. It was the good experience.
Storming- It means team start suggest some ideas for the achievement of the goals of the
organization. In this stage they have the strong leadership is required. In simple terms this
stage is made for the experience of the teams. According to my experience, when I am in
the team in my organization I learn creativity, there is no conflict is occur between the
teams and all team members have chance to give advice on the given task.
Norming- At this stage team members is able to solve the difficulties and focus on the
hard work. In this there is the prevention of the conflicts which result in share of the
controversial ideas. According to my experience, at this stage I learn for solving the
difficulties and conflicts between different team members. I have to just focus on the hard
work.
Performing- It refers to the task which is performed by all the team members for the
pay-off their work. Through this there is the smooth running and problem solving are

very important at this stage. According to my experience, I am working in the team at this
stage I am able to deal with the conflicts and challenging ideas without get personal and
collect rewards for the team success (Xu and et.al., 2018).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that graduate challenge is very important to
become successful person in the future for doing business or job in their interest field. In this
report there is the evaluation of the challenges faced by the students and improvement of these
challenges to remain success in life.
