The concept of contextualise employability is mainly concerned with the discern, acquisition
and adaptability of a graduate to continuously enhance skills and understanding level along with
other personal attributes that make them more competent for a suitable job role (van Kruining,
2017). This particular assignment is focused towards graduate employment which emphasis n the
key skills, knowledge and experience required to get better employment. The professional areas
that has been selected for current assignment is based on HR profession as it has analysed that
importance of human resources is increasing in all business firms and corporate thus, providing
many highly paid jobs and better growth and employment opportunity for a new graduate.

The main purpose and aim associated with current report is, “To analysis about the most
latest and general trend seen in the HR profession together with evaluating about the key
knowledge, skills and experience needed in HR profession for better impact on graduate

information to have better application of behaviour and attitude of participants to have specific
set of conclusion. Data has been collected from both primary and secondary sources to ensures
authentication of facts from primary information along with support from past facts and record.

The secondary form of research comprises of analysis and evaluation of pre existing articles
and record to get a better implication and understanding of current research topic that provides
and base and framework for conducting a study. With respect to current investigation, review

trends seen in the HR profession that have positive impact on graduate employability comprises
of enhanced use of Artificial intelligence that is simplified the HR process and effective
management of employees with more updated version of software. Further, virtual team building
and more effective on boarding of employees to enhance their workplace experience along with
health advocacy programmes are taken as latest trend seen in HR profession (Rana, 2019). Apart
from this, enhanced focus on talent management and facilitating a friendly and more flexible
working schedule and positive workplace with effective HR guidance and effective
communication through use of AI and automation software are also vital latest trend seen in HR
profession acquisition and implication of which are leading positive impact on employability
level of graduate in HR profession .

making, training and development and management skills are also required by HR to set a
balance along employees ad all other business resources in more effective viable manner. Beside
this, it us also essential needed in a graduate to have proper strategic thinking skills, empathy
skill and technical skills as to meet the latest trend present in HR process use of AI and
automation is required along with meeting the needs and expectation of employees on regular
basis. Further, proper HRM knowledge and expertises which consists of advising and
administrative expertise along with Recruitment and selection and HRIS knowledge are also
needed in a graduate applicant for having better job opportunity in HR profession (Mcdonnell
and Sikander, 2017).

period that is main reason behind taking HR profession as most fast growing and suitable
profession for a newly graduate employee.

The suitable job vacancy that has been selected by me and seemed to be most appropriate
for me as per my personal interest and potential level of knowledge and skills is for the post of
HR Administrator in BBC Studios (HR Adminstrator- BBC Studios, 2020). The reason behind
opting for this job vacancy as compared with other vacant role as based on the fact that it
facilitates an excellent career progression for me along with an unrivalled training and
development opportunities and work experience through working in a popular firm together with
a competitive salary package and other perks and benefits. This job vacancy would also support
better professional growth and enhanced opportunity for me in future through enhancing my
communication and organisational skill along with leading enhanced leadership skills and viable
work experience.
