INTRODUCTION
Challenges build improved kinship by achieving people's, organizations as well as
societal objectives. It majorly brings coordination which is essential for management. Same as
challenges the skills also help the peoples basically students in the development of ways of
thinking and problem solving (Bretos, 2017). With the help of better life skills, they are able to
recognize the impact of their own actions and take responsibility on their own instead of blaming
others for errors. This project will study about the challenges faced and skills developed
according to those challenges are described by student of the university. In addition to the
challenges and skills, this project will also highlight the action plan based upon the development
of skills according to various challenges featured by the student (Leinonen, 2018).

Reflection
Debate challenge
A debate challenge occurred in the university in that lecturer have given us topic related
to business. There are various topics are discussed in favour and against by different students. I
also present my topic related to branding of products, finance management in a business. My
point of view for the topics are in favour and I have defined my point accurate Whereas my
friend and others have spoked on against the branding and finance (Ghadimi, Wang and Lim,
2019). I also said that CSR is also must be followed by business to attract its customer because
CSR I have said that how the branding and finance is important and their uses for effective
management of business. I also explained that a creative branding can promote brand sell and
market value. On the contradictory side other have spoked that if the branding is not proper than
it will impact on sell While debating I have coordinated well with the team, trying to manage
time accordingly and my data is reliable and not on assumptions. I have also used my
communication skill to the best in debate. The debate also help me to get knowledge regarding
the branding and business financing department in depth as all had spoken on favour and against
for the topics.
Presentation challenge
Recently, in our HR lecture the professor told each of us to give presentation upon HR
related topics. My turn was on second day and I chose the topic in which I thought that I am

good enough to describe the details in front of my classmates and our professors. I used 25 slides
in my presentation. The time had given for each of us was 30 mins maximum to complete our
presentation. I made the presentation which includes one picture each slide that I put together
whole night before I was due to present. Using single picture slide means I have to talk more
about the information rather than visual information for the audience. I have used slides which
featured the bullet points and titles which helps others to easily understand the topic of the
content. But while doing my presentation I felt that some students among the audience are quite
confused because of the usage of less amount of content on slides rather than pictures because
everyone does not have the same ability of listening and understanding. So, by seeing the
confused and uninterested faces of some students I felt nervous about my presentation. But
immediately I grabbed by focus back towards my presentation and by using my communication
skills and creativity skills I managed to gather the interests of the audience again which also
helps me to complete my presentation within 30 minutes of time frame. At the end of the activity
the feedback received from my professors are that I have to do improvements in my business
skills that I have to became particular about the facts of the company chosen for my presentation
and time management skill which I feel that in the middle of the presentation I was disturbed
because of uninterested students which I need to focus more for next time to avoid just kind of
disturbance while doing presentations.
T-Shirt Challenge
An activity named T-shirt challenge has been conducted by our professors to build team
management skills among students. In this activity a team of 5 members has been allotted and
each team has given a unique name. In the activity each team have to make a logo on T-shirt
which represents the topic of the team and also the designing and creativity skills as teammates.
The topic of our team was “Environmental awareness while doing business activities” (Varela,
2018). So, we have collected information regarding environmental issues with the help of
technology and also take advanced advices from our professors to make a fruitful and
meaningful logo which exactly constitute the topic of our team. While doing this activity I felt
that the ideas of other team members clashes because everybody wants to do the work according
to their understanding and capabilities but somehow we managed to distribute the work of
designing logo according to the individual talents such as one member in our team are fantastic

at designing and creative skills, another one have given the research part to complete the task
within time frame, third one was responsible for collating the data and research about the genuity
of the information and two others are for writing the content according to the research and
guiding the whole logo activity. So in such way with the help of whole team members we
created the logo successfully and appreciated by our professors for making a meaningful and
unique logo which completely represents our topic. I thought that this activity helps us a lot in
learning to do teamwork and meeting skills because these skills helped all of us a lot while
completing the task. Also, developed a sense of organizational behaviour because ultimately it
will help us to behave professionally while interacting with different cultured peoples in an
organization.
Hotel challenge
The lecturer of our university have given us another challenge of hotel in that I have to
explain the skills that are being used by the employees of hotel to manage its customer's in
effective way. In this we have to explain how the hotel can run effectively and the required skill
by its staff (Majumdar, 2019). So in this as per my preparation I have explained how employees
of hotel can attract more customer by using innovative skill and creativity. As the hotel industry
faces lot of competition and people prefer that hotel which is less in price and having a good
facility as compared to its rivals keeping this thing in mind I had elaborate my points. I have
explored my management skill in this challenge and I also explain various through to overcome
the extrinsic negative impact on the hotel. While performing this challenge I have learned many
things regarding the hotel industries with my study and group discussion regarding hotel. The
employees of hotel have to try a lot to increase their customer's base and their separate value. I
have defined the employees' retention skill to give a favourable environment to working
employee so that they can work for long period in hotel and various other business skills that
help hotel to expand in the market (Chang, Wang and Arnett, 2018).

CONCLUSION
This file concludes that challenges which are given by the university of debate,
presentation, t-shirt and hotel are to implement the skills of students, and they are about business
. It also helps how the branding, financing and other factor can impact on business expansion.
The presentation situation show how the student can present the topic in creative way than t-shirt
challenge is to develop a group and business icon on t-shirt in this they gain knowledge to do
teamwork more effectively and hotel challenge provide a knowledge about the employee who
are working in hotel and their management practise.
