INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge refers to issues and challenge faced by any graduate when they
experience practical world and competitive environment during their graduation period (Boysen,
Daste and Northern, 2016). In this report it is study about various challenge in life of graduate
such as Communication skills, presentation skills, personality skills and aptitude skills, problem
solving and many more. In this report it is studied about what are the issues and skill that
required to develop in their learning period so that they will able to compete in competitive
world. Some skills are business skills, Team work, time management skills and communication
skills that need in every graduate student is being discussed.
MAIN BODY
Challenge faced by graduate during Learning face
Graduate student is learning phase where many opportunities are coming and how
they grab them is more important. So, that they will able to succeed in their future and achieve
their goals and objective, but during this period they used to face many challenges that need to
overcome and important for them to focus them on. Some of challenges that graduate undergo
with are-
ď‚· Apprentice challenge- This refers to building the style of team leader, commodification
skills, promote teamwork and collaborative skills in graduate and enhancing
communication skills that inspire other to come up with new ideas and solutions
regarding their problem (Curtis-Boles, Chupina and Okubo, 2020). I as graduate has
faced issues related in apprentice challenge is how I can always be creative, innovative
and develop team work and using the different ideas where is needed when we require to
come with new idea. There is so much to do research in topic and identify target market
in project, so that we could bring new product and building effective marketing plan and
yet must be trend in market.
ď‚· Presentation challenge- This is most demanding skills and important one that everyone
must have pursue while doing their graduation time. This skills come with many more
other skills that need to be attain by almost every learner (Hofler and Thomas, 2016).
During this I face that how to make effective presentation that include all necessary
information and include all major points that come in the presentation. Apart fro that how

important factor that come into it while presenting it and grab that attention of everyone
in the room who is listening us.
ď‚· T-Shirt Challenge- This challenges is related to business plan that I made during my
graduation on the topic of T-shirt, where I require to build whole plan which include how
I will advertise it, operation plan, formulate budget, branding and to whom I will target
and where (Karkar-Esperat,Mok and Jiang, 2017). So, this are the things that require in
developing this plan and effectively implement it. Many topics are there in which I need
to studied and evaluate the certain methods that require in this plan like first identify the
potential costumer and market where I could deliver it and what are operation process.
Apart from that how I effectively allocate the budget and expenses so that I could
carefully operate many functions and activities. I required to study Segmentation,
targeting and positioning strategy and marketing mix and what brand logo I could use to
make it more attractive (Mok and Jiang, 2018). Some other things also I face is pricing
strategy and advertising tactics that could use as this important to increase the profit and
sales of product. So, this is are various issues that I faced while doing this T-Shirt
challenge.
Skills required to develop
Some skills that needed to have while pursuing graduation and other than that they are
also as important to have in their future growth and career. Some of important skills that I feel
that is essential and it would help me a lot when I was doing my challenges. But, I realised that
this skills are must, so some of the following are-
ď‚· Communication skills- This is most key skill that every one should have whether they
are in their personal or professional life. This include many other soft skills also like
body language, listening habit, confidence and proper posture and seasonality
development (Park and et.al., 2017). This skills is counted as most soft skills that comes
with many other benefit to learner. I found its importance when I preparing for all the
challenges and observe its necessity in every process. This helps in building confidence,
personality, social skills and interpersonal skills. Many times I feel the need of this

presentation. Other real issue is how to present in proper and professional manner, so that

workplace and sentential in academic and professional success. This become necessary
in every organisation where there are many diverse workplace dispersed is there and
that require in both face to face virtual interaction. Some task are needed to be done in
team or group where every employee is taking participate in this and share views and
relation with each other (Ravichandran and et.al., 2017). During challenges I do feel the
requirement of team work in every task and that also ensure effective accomplishment
of work. In maintain ng the good relations with each other.
ď‚· Time management and meeting skills- This comes in one of the skills that become
necessary nowadays. This skills means how effectively an individual can mange its time
according to its busy schedule effectively and regulate the entire task efficiently.
Meeting skills related with etiquette which required while meeting discussing,
approaching to clients. During my learning phase I observe and feel the importance of
these skills in my T-shirt challenge and apprentice challenges time where it needs to be
there. While, I was making my business plan and I was unable to allocate my time
effectively to each task and activities. Lack of this issues I was face problem and when
it come to execute the plan, I need to held the meeting with many client, so I was
unaware about how to carry out this and mange the time accordingly. If I know I was
able to execute it properly and maintain the time effectively and efficiently.
ď‚· Business skills- This is also important as it include many qualities and skills that must
have in every business people and enterpriser. Many skills are presentation skills, use of
excel and many more that are becoming essential to have in every employees to succeed
in their career and future growth (Verma and et.al., 2018). These include overall
development of soft skills and hard skills in employees and such as communication
skills, presentation skills, leadership, delegation and time management, Networking and
problem solving skills. As it contain almost all essential skills so it importance is
increasing day by day in corporate world. Where employers are focusing on developing
these skills in their employees and could achieve desired objective and goal in

while executing such challenges, some key skills that required and observe the necessity of them
are Communication skills, Teamwork, Time management and meeting skills and Business skills.
These are the skills which consider as essential skills that will be helpful while execute certain
challenges in learning period has been studied. Apart from that an action plan is formulate to
