INTRODUCTION
There are a lot of challenges that is faced by an individual as with concern of academic
learning and the report below is based on graduate challenge that is required to be competed by
different learners at the time period of their graduation. It basically consider presentation
challenge, apprentice challenge and T shirt challenge and these are some basic challenges that is
faced as per gaining of academic learning (Kouzes and Posner, 2018). The report below is based
on reflection that used to demonstrate communication skills, teamwork, business skills and time
management skills as per during the challenge. In addition to this action plan is considered that
used to improvise learning skills and its abilities in adequate manner.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on the skills learned from skills
 Communication skills: It is a challenge that is detailed on the basis of level of interaction
that I have processed as while meeting with others. In this overall performance as per
concern of different horizon is maintained in adequate manner. It assist me to enhance
working circumstances as with this working conditions and its effectiveness both get
advanced. In this I am able to make competitive advantage as with this performance
management is involved that assist to maintain clear target and better interaction with
large number of individual's. I have learned about different aspects as with this I also get
motivated and committed towards operational functions that seeks to improvise working
suitability with adequateness. This bring sustained challenge as with this I have make
active level of changes and modifications as per requirement of through which ability to
maintain active changes is improvised with betterment (Oliver and Jorre de St Jorre,
2018). It mainly enhanced working abilities of mine as with this differ horizon is
developed that induced a sustained paradigm of growth and success at innovative level. It
is highly essential as with this smart level of innovation is induced that enlarge individual
potential and working acceptance with perfection.
There is a lot of goals and objectives that is required to be induced as with this working
standards and its regulations get promoted in advanced mode. It enable to make dynamic level of
growth and success as with this operational and functional growth is measured in appropriate
manner. In concern of this challenge I am able to maintain clear and flexible goals as with this

higher working standards is maintained by which strengths of mine get more stronger as with
this potential working also get advanced over a continuous period of instance that furthermore
consist of professional advancement in ordinate basis.
 Team work skills: It basically consist a challenge as in this team working and its
standards get matched by which working sufficiency get enhanced over a continuous
period of time. In include a domain as in this suitable target is developed about to
enhanced team working as with this adequate paradigm is considered that is essential and
required to get involved with clear vision (Smirnova and et. al., 2019). In this numerous
challenge is followed by business as per consideration of team as it also get enrich and
improvise level of productivity and its better performance with adequate suitability. It
assist to seek out vision oriented formats that also get synergise the sufficient level of
professionalism in productive manner. In addition to this I am able to develop and
generate better level of ideas as with this competitive advantage is attained as per better
suitability. In this I have make selective understanding about team working as per
consideration of different scenarios as it also get enrich strength of mine in transparent
level. There is few stages as at there I felt more comfort and connected as with this wider
level of changes is induced as by developing effectual decision making under which
learning abilities and its sufficiency get advanced with satisfactorily manner.
As I have worked in a team under which valuable modifications is induced that enhance
overall diversity and its operational benefits in productive manner. In this different horizon is
considered under which weaknesses get resolved that furthermore, keen to involved better and
sustained growth as by matching overall operational techniques through which working will of
mine also get advanced systematically.
 Time management and meeting skills: It is a factor and a skills that also bring certain
challenge for me as with this the vision and clarity of mine get disbursed in constrained
mode. For this as per concern of different horizons I will make ensure to get evolved with
all the different activities as with this working effectiveness and its productivity get
sustained (Clarke, 2018). For this I have maintain transit target in which meeting of
standardised objectives in timely frame get affected. The meeting skills of mine is
relatable to the effectual presentation as with this accomplishment of sufficient task and

its effectiveness is managed in controlled basis. In this I am able to learn and meet up
with better confidence as with this suitable level of efficiency in terms of speaking skills,
achievement of target, creation of innovation and creativity is getting controlled. As per
concern of this challenge I am able to maintain keen assumptions as with this working
efficiency is getting attracted by which long term profit is maintained in flexible manner.
For this to maintain future advancement I am able to induce active changes as with this
clear focus is addressed by which functional values and its scaling is attained in strategic
manner (Sandri, Holdsworth and Thomas, 2018). In this I have also maintain clear focus
and concern about to generate new measures as with this ability of mine to make manage
team work is getting advanced. For this I have attain optimised level of modifications in
all the working domain as with this learning abilities get attained by making commercial
success is achieved as in form of professionalism.
As per relation of this challenge I have analyse a positive shift in my working abilities as
with this larger amount of growth is achieved as by concerning suitable supervision as with this
taking appropriate guidance from colleagues, higher ordinates and subordinates as well.
 Business skills (presentation skills, use of excel): It is also be a challenge for me as with
this I have make adequate usage of information practices and its usage as of like excel
under which presentation skills and its abilities get advanced in clear manner. In this I
have worked on to maintain competency among business skills as with this ability to
achieved and attain long term success and development is attained with adequateness. In
this I have make better contribution of both academic and professional learning for this I
have take adequate support of teachers and educators by which I am able to make self
development with better transparency.
In this I have improvised suitable level of competency as with this level of participation and its
attractiveness both get advanced as with this I am able to enlarge working efficiency of mine
(Zhao, Wu and Gu, 2019). Furthermore, I am able to convey my message with others in adequate
mode as with this working capabilities also get advanced in systematic manner.

It is a plan that assist me to make effective level of advancement in my own learning
