INTRODUCTION
There are a lot of challenges that is faced by an individual as with concern of academic
learning and the report below is based on graduate challenge that is required to be competed by
different learners at the time period of their graduation. It basically consider presentation
challenge, apprentice challenge and T shirt challenge and these are some basic challenges that is
faced as per gaining of academic learning (Kouzes and Posner, 2018). The report below is based
on reflection that used to demonstrate communication skills, teamwork, business skills and time
management skills as per during the challenge. In addition to this action plan is considered that
used to improvise learning skills and its abilities in adequate manner.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on the skills learned from skills
 Communication skills: It is a challenge that is detailed on the basis of level of interaction
that I have processed as while meeting with others. In this overall performance as per
concern of different horizon is maintained in adequate manner. It assist me to enhance
working circumstances as with this working conditions and its effectiveness both get
advanced. In this I am able to make competitive advantage as with this performance
management is involved that assist to maintain clear target and better interaction with
large number of individual's. I have learned about different aspects as with this I also get
motivated and committed towards operational functions that seeks to improvise working
suitability with adequateness. This bring sustained challenge as with this I have make
active level of changes and modifications as per requirement of through which ability to
maintain active changes is improvised with betterment (Oliver and Jorre de St Jorre,
2018). It mainly enhanced working abilities of mine as with this differ horizon is
developed that induced a sustained paradigm of growth and success at innovative level. It
is highly essential as with this smart level of innovation is induced that enlarge individual
potential and working acceptance with perfection.
There is a lot of goals and objectives that is required to be induced as with this working
standards and its regulations get promoted in advanced mode. It enable to make dynamic level of
growth and success as with this operational and functional growth is measured in appropriate
