INTRODUCTION
This report is based on challenges and skills that faces by students in their graduation
time. In graduation time students faces various challenges study related, presentation related,
business plan related etc (Madden and Et. Al., 2020). students generates various skills in order to
ignore these challenges. A reflective portfolio insights and experience that students achieve from
practical assignments.
MAIN BODY
A graduation student faces various challenges when they are pursuing studies, labs,
assignments, presentations, business plans etc. for facing and resolving these challenges they
have to develop their skills and take actions towards it. Challenges faced by students are
Apprentice challenge, presentation challenge and T-shirt challenge.
Challenges faced by students during graduation:
Apprentice challenge: Apprentice challenge is the famous style to identify leaders
within the team, promote teamwork and collaborative teamwork. Apprentice challenges
has aims to enhance communication skills and motivates and inspires team to come up
with new ideas and creative ideas. When I was pursuing graduation I was the leader of
team in one project and it was typical to me in order to inspire team mates for
coordination and getting with new ideas so that project can be done in innovative and
efficient manner.
presentation challenge: Presentation challenge is related to put your idea and views in
front of public in a specific topic. As I was the leader of my team in project it was typical
to me to maintain coordination between team members (Sehgal and Nasim, 2017). The
presentation challenge we were facing such as who is going to explain this point, who is
making the presentation, who is finding sources etc. there were some conflicts arise
between us but to maintain coordination we were cope up with it.
T-shirt challenge: In my graduation time I was making a business plan. The business
takes known as T-shirt LTD., in this we were selling t-shirts to the customers in different
segments. For opening new business there were various challenges we had faces such as
financial, marketing, raw material arrangement etc. As we knows when the new company

comes in the market it is typical to attract customers to solve this problem we were doing
promotions on it and sell our product at lower prices.
The skills: In order to faces resolving challenges we uses various skills that are mentioned
below:
Communication skills: As we faces challenges during our project we were using
communication tool to resolve these challenges. When any problem comes in our
direction and miss coordination happened in the team team members makes effective
communication and provide information in flow so that every member of the team can
know about the objective and coordinate that makes works effective and successful.
Teamwork: Teamwork refers to collaborative efforts of a group in order to achieve
common goals and objectives (Kuykendall, 2020). Teamwork makes project successful
as we getting different ideas and contribute work in sections so that it will be easy to
complete task efficiently.
Time management and meeting skills: Time management and meeting skills is related
to process of organising and planning how we will done our work and time taken by
activities. As in our project we manage activities according to time mentioned and
coordinating with every activity.
Business skills and competencies developed: Business skills refers to presentation skills
and use of excel in order to makes successful a business. When we were presenting our
project we used excel in our project and presenting it with full knowledge about the topic
and with confidence so that we can clear our vision and ideas in front of guests.
