In order to prepare the evaluation plan additional information is required in the following
sections:
 Strategy for human subject protection in research
This include
1. detailed draft of research plan and approval from The Office for Human
Research Protections (OHRP), U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services (HHS) to conduct the research with human subject
2. proper research environment and appropriate type of question for enquiry
about problems and issues so that it maintains rights, welfare, and well-being
of subjects
3. approval from community where people from a particular community is
involved and involvement in research with compliance with community
culture, privacy and interest
 Strategy for staffing management for the project
This include how the staff will be hired, retained and provide wages and
recognition. Staffs required for the project

managing and executing the project Budget preparation for the grant proposal
Although the required resources is prepared and an initial budget of around USD $
80,000 per year has been estimated, it still requires additional information of detailed
expense for acquiring each of the resources to finalize the budget. The resources for
the project are:
1. Food Stuffs
2. Gas
3. Supplies (Soaps, Surf, Oils, Dettol, Floor cleaner)
4. Internet and Telephone
5. Salaries of the staff
6. Travelling expenses
7. Rent for rooms
8. Repairs and maintenance cost
9. Miscellaneous
 Evaluation design
The evaluation decided for the project is outcome and impact based
evaluation. It will look for how project objectives has been met and what are
outcomes achieved through activities and what is the impact of the same. These will
be compared with the expected outcome of the project set initially and also the impact
that was estimated before the project started.

However additional information is required like how the achievement of the
project will be collected and how it will be actually compared. Reporting procedure
Projects progress will be reviewed through surveys and the result will be sent
to the higher authorities for review. However additional information regarding
method and frequency of survey along with the procedure of communication is
needed.
Problems anticipated in integrating the narrative with this grant proposal:
The problems that might be anticipated in fleshing out the narrative for your program
evaluation is the following:
Funders not satisfied with projects activities and outcomes
Although activities is properly defined and prepared as per the goals and objectives,
the programs outcomes might not interest the sponsors and funders possibly because it is not
properly stated. This might happen even if best effort is put forward
Budget issues:
Although the budget is prepared with the reference to the resources that is required for
the project and special care has been taken for producing the budget and not to generalize it
so that it make sense, still variation in budget is possible as different stakeholder has different
viewpoint about what should be the ideal budget for this. If stakeholder thinks that the budget
is way too much high than what is expected by stakeholder, it create issue for grant approval

The plan for addressing human subject and cultural relevancy might not be as per the
rules and framework of all the organizations who will grant the funding for the proposal. In
that case this create issues in funding approval
