actions and resources in order to perform the operations in n effective and efficient manner. This
report is based on a new start up of cafe named as Grasp of Taste. The major aim of preparing
this report is to develop a business plan which includes details of business, market analysis,

Business Details
Grasp of taste is a cafe which is started on the sea corner in London. It is found as the
best place which is going to offer the best quality of food and beverages items which include
coffee, variety of fruit juices, sandwich, burger, pizza and many other snacks items. The owner
of this cafe is a single individual as it is a sole proprietorship organisation. The owner is the only
person to take any decision related to business operations and organisation. It is a small cafe
which involves 15-20 staff members in which 8 are serving people and others are supervisor,
leader and manager. The main objective of cafe is to offer the quality products to its customer
and retain them towards the organisation, so that they can earn high revenue in future which
leads to the higher profitability and sustainability along with growth and success of cafe in near
future (Moro Visconti, 2019). There are several operational machines are being used in the
organisation in order to save the time and manual efforts. Grasp of taste is famous for its view
and services which are being provided by the cafe to its customers. In order to attract the

customers, the Grasp of Taste has decorated their cafe and sitting area of customers through the
green plants and flowers which provide an attractive look along with providing the better sitting
experience to its customers. As the cafe is performing it business operations on a small level, it
require small amount of capital to operate but at the initial level, it may require high amount of
capital as the organisation have to appoint staff members, purchase operating machines,
furniture, decoration material and many more.
The Grasp of Taste is found as the best place for the people who love coffee and mock
tail as it is providing a variety of coffee with different flavours and colourful mock tails as well.
The target customers of this cafe will be the people of young age as it has been found that the
young aged people mostly want to taste the new flavoured coffee and mock tails as well. Grasp
of Taste is also offering several snacks or food items which are made from the organic food
items. The management has also made an attractive menu which involves the list and pictures of
all the dishes which are being offered by the cafe (Che Rusli, 2020). The images which are
shown in the menu are really attractive which create craving in the customers to try all the
dishes.

The location of Grasp of Taste cafe is found as very attractive as it is located on the sea
corner or sea beach i.e. Fulham Beach in London, England, United Kingdom. It is located on the
sea beach which also provides the look of natural beauty to their customers. People can sit in the
