Part A Question 3
a) Duration: 190 days. End Date: 3 January 2019.
b) Duration after change: Reduced by 30 Days and the new duration is 160 days.
End Date after change: 17 January 2019
c) Refer to the system the task 2.7 then the duration is reducing by 3 weeks and due to this, the
duration of the overall project is reduced. And this is due to the addition of the extra software
engineer into the task.
d) The duration of the project depends upon the task is lying over the critical task or not.
Part A Question 4
a) There is an option into the MS project, with the help of that this overallocation is removed. For
that resource » Levelling option » Clear levelling » Level all.
b) For the current scenario, there is no need to apply any resources just remove the overallocation.
c) There is a change in the duration of the as the duration is increased by 10 days.
