INTRODUCTION
 Green changes and sustainability is an ability to maintain process and fostering
economic growth by making sure natural resources provide environmental services on
which people’s well-being relies.
 This present study is going to discuss the main concept of green technology and
sustainability along with reasons of using it by technological firms.
 Further, it will discuss some risks that are associated with green technology with
strategies to decrease them.

Purpose of study
 The main aim of conducting this study is to promote well-being of people and
encouraging technological firms to adapt green technology.
 This study will increase knowledge of technical firms regarding sustainability and by
knowing their benefits as well as strategies, they can promote sustainability.
 It can make beneficial to people all around the world and it is the main purpose of
conducting research on this topic.

REVIEW OF LITERATURE
 Green technology and reasons of its uses
 According to the Du and Li, (2019) green technology is a kind of technology that decreases human
impacts on natural environment.
 All those resources are examples of green technology that uses less energy than traditional
incandescent.
 There are number of reasons of using this technology by technical firms such as: decreasing
negative impacts on environment, slowing down global warming and improving image.
 Overall, it can be said that it would be beneficial for everyone as it can decrease health problems
that people suffer due to air and noise pollution.

Concept of sustainability along with challenges, associated
with green technology
 As per the view of Toli and Murtagh, (2020) sustainability is an ability of people and
employees of performing business functions in a manner by which they can protect
natural resources and environment.
 This ability and practice is playing an important role as by promoting sustainability,
technological firms can decrease business cost, add more value, be ethical, attract
customers and can increase sales.
 All are reasons that encourage businesses for promoting sustainability.

which companies can increase environmental sustainability of processes that decrease negative
impacts.
 This technology process involves clean production process like synthesises nanoparticles with
recycling of industrial waste products into nanomaterials like diesel. This technology can help
out company in becoming sustainable.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
 Research strategy: It is a step by step plan of actions that give direction to researcher about data
collection, analysis and ways of conducting study.
 Qualitative and quantitative are 2 types of research strategy that refer a form in which data can be
collected.
 As per qualitative, researcher collects non-numerical information and within quantitative, numerical
information are being collected.
 Research approach: A plan with steps of data collection and analysis is known as research approach.
 Inductive and deductive are 2 research approaches that shows different plans.
 As per inductive, researcher needs to develop an existing theory and by deductive, new theory can be
generated.

 Interpretivism researchers believe that individuals within society shapes societies’

Data collection methods
 Data collection is an important process of collecting validate information. Primary and secondary are 2
types of data collection.
 Within primary data collection, researcher collected first hand data and within secondary data collection,
researchers collect second hand data.
 For secondary data collection, researcher may access different sites and sources such as: PubMed,
CINAHAL and google scholar.
 Books and journals, libraries and published literature are some sources of secondary data collection.
 For this research study, both primary and secondary data will be collected by conducting questionnaire
and literature.
