INTRODUCTION
Green energy is the activity in which all individual thinks about renewable resources which
can be used to develop organizational productivity and profitability. To bring new changes is
important for individual as it introduces to new practices and images that can help to maintain
higher performance and productivity. Energy is defined as practice that states how people
communicate and keep in mind. This also defined as green energy which means clean energy due
to lack of negative impact on the environment. It is alternative energy source where government
gives special focus and different companies in a bid to keep the planet clean. The lives of people
are dominated by images and visual technologies that give permission to local and global
circulation of ideas, information, and politics. To manage proper communication there is need to
have clear understanding as it helps to create the sustainability and improve performance (Barba,
and et.al., 2019). The current report is based on green energy and selected theme is environment
and sustainability. It has been seen that people belongs to different country and state where they
have different culture and values affected people’s lives and provide them good life. The current
essay includes theory of ethics and sustainability which supports to create sustainable
environment.
MAIN BODY
Green energy is the aspect of clean source activity expressed in visual images and pictures
that are used to share information and ideas with each other. Many academic fields study to
subjects, including culture, art history, and critical theory which is used to sharing the
information. Environment is defined as biotic and abiotic of population, and consequently
involving factors that influence survival, development, and evolution. The people belong to
different culture and values so they have different languages that could create the problems in
sharing information and ideas with other people. The green energy includes electricity which is
produced with little –to-no- environment. This also helps to contribute in global warming and it
does not dispense greenhouse gases in to the air. The visual activity of green energy make feel
people so healthy and understandable that supports to develop productivity To manage a
business and complete the task there is need to have clear and one to one communication in same
language that can help to complete the projects and work (Haseeb, Abidin, Hye, and Hartani,
2019). The green energy is playing an important role in society as it supports to arrange all works

and influence number of people to share their ideas. Without communication and having
different culture could be challenging for people as well as society to start and complete their
work. This directly affected the businesses activities also. The major role of green energy is
cultural preservation by stating the modern street art, and stories that evolving human
experiences. Renewable energy provides insight into the rise and fall of cultures, as well as what
lessons may be learned from the past. Visual art depicts a certain moment in time that the creator
want to recall (Mukta, Rahman, Asyhari, and Bhuiyan, 2020). With the increasing threat of
climate change, fossil fuel depletion, and degradation, the world is now waking up to the
importance of environmental consciousness. The era of scepticism is past, and fresh ideas and
solutions have taken its place. Renewable energy now accounts for 23% of all electricity
generation worldwide. The Paris Climate Accord, signed in 2015, established a global aim of
increasing renewable energy's share to 37 percent by 2040. The role of clean and renewable
energy initiatives have taken a considerable share of the energy sector in just a few years.
Renewable energy today attracts roughly twice as much investment as fossil fuels. The global
market for green technologies was €2,200 billion in 2017. Industry experts predict that the
market will double in value during the next ten years. This is important from very early age as
children discover the joy of using crayons. This fosters originality, imagination, and creativity. In
other words green energy and values leads the way where new and innovative thoughts
introduced in front of all and helps to complete the task in certain period. Social and political
activism is other role played by green energy in which people speak about social injustice. For
example Marlena Buczek Smith who promotes human rights and supports to adopt changes. This
can help to maintain higher performance by keeping right and effective communication via
visual pictures. Sometimes it has been seen that people have different culture and language that
creates issues to share information and work being affected. Photographer Cat Del Buono, for
example, uses art to make a political statement against inequality, misogyny, and women's rights.
Del Buono also conducts a lesson that brings art and action together. Art is a strong medium for
protestors to express their rage and displeasure in the streets (Giuliani, 2019). Viewing art can
lead to increased social awareness and political participation, including voting. For example,
service industry is running in changing environment where people share their query and respond
accordingly. The green energy is the energy term that comes from renewable sources and
maintain clean and sustainable environment. The people who wants to spend their precious time

and holidays used the green energy capture and social media to get information about natural
environment that can help to make feel good and fresh. This became important for individual
person to identify what language and culture people are using to put their query and ask about
particular product and services that can help to maintain higher performance. Historical
representation is another role which played by green energy in which history is recorded by
people and show to others so that they could remind it for long period of time. The history
painting states to artistic work that explains real senses inspired by Bible. History painting was
the prominent culture which is used by people to create understanding and remind all
happenings. This can help to maintain the all functions and continue the traditional culture (del
Rey, 2019). Green energy contributed to economy development as it met with needs and wants
of people who have decided to spend their holidays and develop the organizational performance.
there are different sources of green energy such as solar, wind, geothermal, and hydro energy,
which are developed and promoted as alternative resources. The green energy is used by
hospitality industries to create awareness between people and influenced to make right decision.
Environment and sustainability is the wider theme which is used by people to share their
information and attaining competitive advantages. It has been seen that environment is changing
day by day where it became most important for individual to analysis what people wants and
how they could be satisfied after communicating properly with people. This is important for each
person to identify how environmental changes could be adopt by person and maintain higher
performance. While communicating with people who belongs to other country needs to focus on
visual aspects as it helps to understand easily what people is saying and how all query could be
respond properly (Detemple, and Kitapbayev, 2020).
Corporate social responsibility is the theory to sustainability which is used by business
industry and country for the purpose of creating sustainable environment and their lives. If there
is lack of sustainability then could be challenging to share the information and complete the
project timely. CSR is the important and self-regulated business model that helps an organisation
to be socially accountable to its customers, shareholders, and public. This is important for
individual to identify what people wants and what culture they used to share ideas as it supports
to complete the project and manage higher performance. It also creates understanding about
particular activities and makes company socially responsible. For example, Tesco is larger size
organization where more than 500 people are working collectively and belongs to different

culture. The management is playing important role as it arrange the training and development
programme for their employees where they learnt how to behave and share information that
influenced the people and supports to increase the organizational sales and profitability. The
company is liable to provide all details regarding products and services which they are going to
buy as it can help to build trust and develop performance. In other words, CSR is the
management concept where organizations integrate to social and environmental concerns for
their business operations and interactions with their stakeholders. This can help to operate a
business regularly by managing all functions and activities (Kawawaki, Negishi, and Kawasaki,
2020).
The viewer and producer is having major role in green energy as producer is a person who
design and create the green energy for other so that people will see and understand what pictures
explaining and how it could develop insights. The producer collects ideas and imagination in
their mind then designs the images so that people could understand and continue their work
properly (Enescu, 2019). Viewer refers to individual and number of people who see the pictures
and visual art then create put efforts to understand it, which can help to attain the higher
productivity.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been interpreted that green energy and pictures are
designed by producer by getting new ideas and innovation that helps to make feel good to
people. The main motive behind using green energy is to develop understanding and start to
managing all working and make feel good. Green energy is playing important role of cultural
preservation, inspiration, and expression, social and political activism, and historical
interpretation. This can help to manage all functions and activities by sharing ideas and complete
the projects. To offer kind of products and services to customers there is need to analysis the
environment that states how each people is behaving and maintaining higher performance.
