Environment protection variable of CSR activities are dependent upon the corporate
environment management variable of Independent variable. Green HRM activity generally looks
at managing the corporate environment but also looks at zero destruction on environment. This
ultimately helps the company in managing CSR responsbility of an organization as well.
Natural resource maintenance variable of CSR activity is dependent upon the
Preservationist variable of CSR activity. Green HRM activity generally looks at efficient usage
of natural resources by preservation usage of natural resources. This ultimately helps
organization in managing the CSR responsibility.
Targeted Respondent
For completing the current research on the basis of the above mentioned topic, researcher
will be selecting 50 employee of Human resource department of the company. This respondent
will be asked to take part in the survey. Survey in the research will be conducted on the basis of
the Questionnaire. Questionnaire will include close ended Question related to the topic of the
study so that reliability level of survey is maintain.
Measurement of variable
For measuring the different variable in the research, researcher will be using different
type of SPSS tool in the research. SPSS tool will also help the researcher in analysing and
predicting the trend and developing the forecast as quickly as possible.

the hypotheses in the long run. Correlational, Regression and Factor analysis is some of the
statistical analysis tool which will be evaluated to measure the hypothesis in the study.
