Introduction
Workplace transformation is the process of adopting new normal and changing in the
company process, techniques and the technologies. This helps in development of the
organisational productivity and make ready to the employees and the organisation for any of the
outcomes. Further, workplace transformational is having most important after the global
pandemic of covid 19. because many of the organisation faces loss at a time of covid 19
pandemic and if this is not used then the organisation will not be able to achieve their aim and
objectives (Johnson, and Green, 2021). Further, the selected organisation is Green king. It is the
pub retailer company which also owns restaurants and hotels. Company was founded in the year
1799. this report includes research aim and objectives, literature review and research
methodology which is resulting in analysing which method is used. Further, data analysis and
conclusions and recommendation is made and performance review is made.
Project aim and objectives
Aim : To analyse various ways through which leading external event has transformed the
workplace. A study on Green king.
Objectives :
ï‚· To identify the concept of workplace transformation within business environment.
ï‚· To determine the ways through which major covid 19 as external event has transformed
the workplace within Green king working environment.
ï‚· To examine various challenges faced at a time of workplace transformational by the
managers of Green king.
Project management plan
ï‚· Scope : The scope of this project is very wide because workplace transformation is more
used in the organisation now a days in order to develop their potential and productivity.
Workplace transformation is most essential for adopting of the new techniques and the
process which are coming in the organisation (Calearo, Marinelli, and Ziras, 2021). This
helps the company in enhancing their profitability of the brand.
ï‚· Cost : The cost is associated with the given research project is $1000. this will be helpful
in completing the project in efficient manner and conducting all the activities and task in

most effective manner. This cost includes the expenses which are required to complete
this project in most effective manner.
ï‚· Time : The time invested within this project is about 10 weeks. This helps in completing
research project in a shorter time period. It will be reducing the time while making a
schedule through Gantt chart and WBS in order to complete this project in a shorter time
period.
ï‚· Quality : The quality needed for completion of this project is very high. Because many of
the people are developing awareness about this topic (Pradies, Aust, and Miron-Spektor,
2021). For this research primary and secondary data collection method is used to collect
and gather all data and information in most effective manner. Primary data is directly
collected through questionnaire. The secondary data is collected through books and
journals and it brings in depth knowledge about a topic.
ï‚· Resources : The resources needed for attainment of the research aim and objectives is
pen, paper, secondary resources like books and articles and time and respondents etc.
these will be helpful in achievement of the research aim and objectives and getting valid
and reliable information as well.

As per the views of Verschueren, (2021) Workplace transformation is the process of
changing and making alternation in their techniques, process and technologies etc. it is to adopt
and change workplace strategies in order to drive corporate growth. Further, workplace
transformational is rethinking of the flexible workspaces to accommodate various kinds of
workers, technology and work. This will be working in the company structure and it is important
to have workplace transformation because now a days work is more complex and for that it is
necessary to make changes and alternation in their businesses environment. In relation with the
Green king organisation. They are developing something new and this will be helpful in
achievement of their aim and objectives. Further, this will be helping in generating more profits
and revenue as well. In addition, workplace transformational is having certain benefits like it
helps in empowering the employees potential and their productivity and it results in achievement
of the organisational goals and objectives. Further, some of the other benefits of having this to
adopt new normals and developing their productivity (George, Haas, and Tracey, 2021). In this
technology shapes into the new world and resulting in achievement of the organisational goals
and objectives.

As per the views of Murtagh, Owen, and Simpson, (2021) While implementing of
workplace transformation after the covid 19 pandemic, the organisation have recently make
changes in their processes and technologies. But on the next hand, some of the organisation have
faces looses as well and this will be resulting in decreasing in their profit margins. Further, there
are certain changes which re coming in the working environment of green king company while
workplace transformation is changing in supply chain networks, changes in flexibility, providing
remote work to the employees an providing them training as well. This will be helpful in
achievement of their organisational goals and objectives. Further, this external event of global
pandemic has changed many of the business through their processes. As in relation with Green
king company, they have provided as flexible working environment to the employees and also

company environment. In relation with the Green king they are facing certain issues like data and
security issues, economic issues, remote working and skills shortage etc. as these issues could be
faced by developing workplace transformation. As many of the employees in green king
company does not have proper skill and knowledge about what they are performing within the
business organisation. Further, they are not working efficiently at remote working because there
is a miscommunication between manages and employees and by this efficiency gets in loss. So,
this could be developing their economics and if the economics cannot be developed then this
may lead to the issues and challenges for the company. The other is economic issues as
workplace transformational is coming due to covid 19 pandemic so if the employees always feels
changing in their business techniques and the technologies then their productivity gets reduced
and this results in reducing in employees strength (Cao, Vuong, and Do, 2021). If the employees
are not working effectively and they did not have a proper training of what they have to perform
then this results in decreasing in their productivity as well.
Research methodology
Research method : Research method is used for identifying, analysing and evaluating
the data and information in most efficient manner. Further, it includes two types of methods
these are qualitative and quantitative method. This will be helpful in achievement of
organisational goals and objectives. Qualitative method includes theoretical data and information
which is non numeric. On the next hand, quantitative method includes numerical data and
information and this is collected through survey. In this given research, researcher is using
quantitative research method in order to develop their true and reliable information and it helps
in achievement of research aim and objectives. It uses survey which is conducted through
questionnaire and includes close ended question. Also, it it uses charts and graphs.

Research strategy: Research strategy is one of the method of research in which a
particular research strategy is selected for a specific project (Cooke, and Nunes, 2021). Some of
the strategies are action research, experimental research, case study, literature review and survey
etc. these strategies helps in achievement of the research aim and objectives. Within this
research, literature review and survey is used to gather and analyses data and information.
Literature review is used to collect in depth information about a particular topic and area of
study. Further, survey is also used to collect data through the use of charts and graphs. Literature
review brings reliable information as compared to the other method. This helps in getting reliable
information. On the next hand, survey is conducted through questionnaire method which
includes graphs and charts.
Data collection method : Data is collected through two methods, primary and secondary
method. Primary method is used to collect data through survey and the other methods. It brings
primary information which is directly collected through participants. Further, secondary data
collects theoretical data and information. In addition, the researcher is using both of the data
collection method. Primary data collects numerical informational and researcher is using
questionnaire survey in order to get direct information from respondents (Deer, and Dal Vera,
2021). This questionnaire includes close ended questions in order to get reliable and valid
information through a use of graphs and charts and tables. On the next hand, secondary data is
collected through analysing books and journals etc. within this research secondary data is
presented in the form of literature review and this will be helping in development of gaining
reliable information.
Sampling : Sampling is the method of selecting some of the samples from large number
of set of population. It consist of two methods. Probablistics and non probabilistic method of
sampling. Within this research probabilistic sampling is used to select a sample because it helps
in selecting sample and in this random sample is used so that it provides equal opportunity to
every respondents to be selected in a sample. The sample size selected within this project is 30
respondents of the employees of Green king. These employees have to filled questionnaire in
order to provide true and reliable information (Blanchard, 2021).
