on Greene King which is a larger pub retailer and brewer based

World class services: This type of services are provided by luxury
hotels and it is expensive in nature. Along with this, it targets
top business executives, celebrities high ranking politician as
well as wealthy clientele as their primary markets. It provide
service such as upscale restaurants, lounges, valet and private
dining facilities.
Mid range services: This type of services are provided by 3 or 4
star hotel and it is in mid range as well as it segment of the
travelling to customer. Moreover, with accommodation it
provide uniformed services, food and beverage room services,
in room entertainment and various other facilities.
Budget limited services: These hotels provide clean, comfortable,
safe, inexpensive rooms and meet the basic need of the
customer.

Privately owned hotel: It is owned by single person or
company and all the profit and loss of the organization is
managed by owner it self. Along with this, the benefit of this
ownership style is that owner has freedom of making their own
decision regarding running the business in market.
Lease hotels: In this type of ownership owner sell their hotel
on lease to a corporation and chain as well as lessee is
responsible for all the finances of the hotel. In this type of
structure owner agree to be paid fixed rent.
Managed hotel: This type of hotel is owned by private
individual or company but in order to run such hotel a
management team is hired by the owner

HOTEL GRADING
It is one of the most common and fastest growing requirements for the
world fastest growing industry whose customers needs and demands
change with development phase.
Along with this, grading is a qualitative assessment of accommodation
facilities to assign them some rating depending on the standards of
services and amenities.
. Moreover, grading means checking, assessing and evaluating the
material and physical condition of the premises offered by hotel
industry. Although hotels, graded by way of awarding stars from one
to five.
The grading play important role in attracting customer as hotel with poor
grading will not be providing their customer with good services. On
the other hand, hotel with seven and five star are known as luxury
services to their customer.
