1. Organization background
The paper mainly focuses on the organization “Greensafe” which is one of the
consulting, auditing, training and outsourcing organization that is mainly dedicated to
provide proper workplace safety and health, environment and quality services to different
industries and workplaces. Organization mainly assists the clients in the implementation,
development and in the maintenance of environment, quality and health and safety
management system. The main mission of the organization is to provide proper health and
safety, quality and environment solutions by designing and delivering number of innovative

3.Analysis and description of process
The main aim of the module is to exercise my capability for meeting the learning
outcomes while reviewing the health and safety policies for knowing how the organization
“Greensafe” is able to provide health and safety services for the different industries and
organizations. It is found that the planned time that is mainly allocated for delivering the
project is around 61 days.
The main purpose of this entire study is to review the health and safety policies that is
followed for maintaining proper health condition within the employees of the organization.
This generally include providing strategies that the organization utilizes in context to health
and safety for providing proper solutions by designing and delivering proper innovative
programmes with proper cost and service advantage. The evidence that is gathered after the
analysis generally suggests the organization utilizes number of health and safety regulations
and policies so that the employees of the organizations does not have to face any type of
issues and challenges related to health and safety. Some of the regulations that are generally
utilized by the organizations include management of health and safety work regulations, and
more. All this regulation and policies are utilized by the organization so that they can be
capable of providing consultation, training and can audit the health and safety services of
different other organizations.
It is quite necessary for me to understand how the analysis is generally performed by
the team members and what type of information are generally provided to them. This
generally include meeting with the human resource of the department to know about the aims

and objectives of the project including the resources that is allocated for reviewing the health
and safety policies of the organization. I also require information that is mainly associated
with understanding the requirement of information and training to the organizational staff at
the induction stage. It is found that this type of findings generally helps in allowing me to
understand the competency that is associated with the managers and team installation that
further can create effect on the attitudes of the employees towards the adoption of health and
safety regulations while involving with the project.
It is identified that for delivering and facilitating the entire project effectively, it is
quite necessary to understand the requirements of the project quite properly. In addition to
this, I utilized techniques like communication, co-operation and co-ordination for assisting
various types of processes and activities. It is found that this type of techniques generally
helps in enabling me to analyze the weaknesses and strengths in controlling the health and
safety related issues so that appropriate principles of prevention and hierarchy of control is
generally utilized for ensuring proper health and safety for the persons who are generally
affected due to the activities of the site as per the health and safety act at work.
4. Discussion that generally surrounds product of value realized by the
work
The findings from both written procedures, systems and on-site observation generally
suggests both weaknesses and strengths for managing the health and safety within the entire
organization.
It is found that the review that is associated with analyzing the utilization of health
and safety policies by the organization generally helps in eliminating and reducing the site
hazards that is related to working at height in context to identification of risks that generally

managing and planning health and work-related policies to give opportunity so that the
approved code of practice can act as a guide to control the risks to create proper training
programme so that the employees of the organization can be made aware about the measures
that needs to be taken to avoid health and safety risks on the site.
According to my view, the most significant value of the product must be realized by
the management for highlighting the lack of awareness in context to operatives so that the
risks that are associated with the activities and processes due to lack of information,
instruction and training. It is found that the findings from the site observation suggests that if
the management fails to allocate proper amount of time and resources to implement training
and information of the staff. In addition to this, the review is quite helpful in adding value to
the staffs with appropriate instruction, training and information. This type of improvements
that generally assists in protecting the health and safety of the workers generally helps in
preventing challenges

It is identified that in this project, integrated management concept is mainly utilized.
An integrated management generally helps in integrating the systems and procedures within

one complete framework to enable Greensafe to work successfully on the unified objectives
so that health and safety policies are successfully reviewed. It is identified that a quality team
is mainly concerned with QMs so that both environmental as well as health and safety issues
related with the organization can easily be mitigated. The organization focusses on quality
management system, environmental management system and safety management system.
Proper communication as well as negotiation is generally considered to make the entire
project successful.
Proper communication is used by the team members to discuss about the needs as
well as demands of the project so that the goals and objectives can be successfully achieved.
Appropriate negotiation is utilized by the project team members to settle the differences
within the project. It is identified that to synthesise as well as demonstrate skills and
competencies it is very much necessary to select proper project team members. Project team
members must hire as per the skills and experience so that the policies related with health and
safety can be successfully achieved. To make the project successful, the higher authorities of
the organization are consulted so that they can be able to provide proper information about
the policies and procedures that are associated with health and safety.
Learning outcome 2: - Displays resourcefulness and initiative in tackling a variety of
practical tasks in an occupational setting
The second learning outcomes helps in displaying the resourcefulness and tackles
number of practical tasks to make the project successful. It is identified that by tackling
number of varieties of tasks within the project, the project manager can finish the entire
project within the expected budget and time. It is found that appropriate resourcefulness
assists in utilizing the needed resources properly for reviewing the policies that are associated
with health and safety. It is identified that the project managers utilize both material as well
as human resources to finish the entire project successfully.

6.Self-assessment in relation to the overall success of the work
The key for the project success is basically dependent on the entire training package
and on the delivery to the site personnel.
The study generally resulted in minimizing the chances of accidents and incidents
that can be helpful in creating proper culture within the organizations with the help of
appropriate communication, co-operation, consultation and involvement. My main objective
is basically dependent on the utilization of aims and objectives that generally assists in
driving the entire workforce for believing the end goal of the entire project. After reflecting
on the organizational failures, it is quite important to understand the significance of the
workforce that are involved within the project. It is very much necessary to analyze the
services that is provided by Greensafe so that proper health and safety regulations will be
utilized by the organizations for avoiding any type of risks and challenges.
7. Self-assessment in relation to performance to each learning outcome
It is identified that the self-assessment that is created in relation to performance is
totally based on Gibb’s reflective model. It is identified that Gibbs reflective cycle is one of
the model that is mainly utilized in this project as one of the framework in coursework
assignment that mainly needs appropriate reflective writing. The project generally needs
integrated skills of management for successfully delivering the project within the time that is
generally expected. It is found that as discussed within the project descriptor for achieving
