Ethnicity is fundamental associated with group’s shared recognition of culture, language,
religion, nationality, common ancestry and more which influenced people to behave accordingly
and maintain higher performance. While doing any work such as reading, working, managing a
business and other can help to accomplish the business goals. Ethnicity is derived from the word
ethnic, which implies race (Healey, and Stepnick, 2019). The term "ethnic community" does not
always imply a racial connotation. A community can be distinguished from others in a variety of
ways, one of which is racial stock or origin. A group might set itself apart from others by having
a unique culture, language, religion, or a mix of these. The report is all about ethnicity and crime

changed from past to present by formulating different standard to ethics and diversity which can
help to regulate the business continuously. In present time, if someone wants to work in other
country then training and proper details should be provided to people which could help to solve
the problems and maintain higher productivity effectively (Moen, Pedtke and Flood, 2020).
The history of area is London Borough of Greenwich was formed in 1965 by merging the
former areas of the metropolitan boroughs of Greenwich and most of Woolwich (with the
exception of North Woolwich, north of the river, which became part of the London Borough of
Newham). The name 'Charlton' was briefly considered for the borough. Greenwich is a diverse
borough, with residents representing a wide range of nationalities and cultures and speaking over
90 languages. Only 19% of homes speak English as their first language. In 2017, little over half
of Greenwich's population (59%) was white, with a quarter (24%) being black (African or
