INTRODUCTON
This is to introduce that the project report is about the managing successful business of
the SME. The project comprises of various aim and objectives for business and how they are
performing the corporate social responsibility toward the society development. It also contain the
one of the major company Gregg is the largest manufacturer of the bakery store in the UK. It
explain the project management plan of the4 organisation wit the cost ans the quality. There
various charts have been used in this report to explain the impact of the project on the business.
Important research and the analysis is done with the tools and appropriate approaches
which impact the growth of the business (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi., 2013). On the basis of
the concepts certain recommendation is made to improve the growth and development of the
projects. The major objective of this report is to know about the small and medium scale
business operate their business operation in the current scenario. The project also come with the
fact that issues in the management .

The theme of the topic is dealing with the corporate social responsibility of the small and
medium size business organisation. CSR(corporate social responsibility) it refers as the activity
of the business which is based on the sustainable development of the small and medium size
business organisation like Gregg plc(Cohen., 2010). It is done to get the economic and the social
benefit for the all the internal person of the organisation including the stakeholders. The main
function of the CSR activity is to create sense of the responsibility and attraction towards the
development of the community and the local capability of the society.
The small business must have the clear aim to toward the society. These are long term intention
of the business in the profit maximization and growth of the company like it is observe in the

the task1 is categories into next two task 1.1,1.2 likewise the task 2 is categorised into three parts
task 12.1,2.2,2.3. and the last activity of task 3 is categorised into another two parts 3.1,3.2 .
Gantt chat : It refers to be the series of the activity or the events which are arranged I the
horizontal way with the amount of the time require to compete the projects (Keller,
Parameswaran and Jacob., 2011). It is most commonly used in the management of the Gregg plc
company of the UK because they want to check their time require in the each production of the
bakery product and delivered to the customer with the use of the Gantt charts. It is a kind of the

The main objective and purpose of the inquiry is to find the outcome on the individual and the

company. The major focuses of the company is to maximised the profitability of the organisation
with the proper planning and execution of the plan and the ideas which are manage with the
different research method used in the projects (Mathur, Mathur and Kenyon., 2012).
1. Qualitative research method: These types of research are based on the common thought
and the opinion of the large issues in the problem. In this data collection the research is
divided into the unstructured and the semi structured problem of the organisation. some
of the basic thing under this is the observation , interviews and the focused groups.
2. Quantitative research method: This type of research is based on the
statistical,mathematical and numerical collection of the data through the survey and the
questionnaires. It is also based on the secondary data which are available from the past
information.
There are various ways of the data collection:
Questionnaires: It is the form of the series of the question with multiple option available to
them. It is not done face to face which is difficult to manage the correct reaction of the employee
reaction regarding the projects (Matos and Silvestre., 2013).
Interviews: This is conducted face to face which will provide the appropriate idea about the
individual performance and the attitude toward the company .
Direct observation: To make the direct observation through is personality , style, attitude and the
behaviour. It the most expensive and time consuming process. There are many programs are

research method the independent variables are predict the outcome of the business in the
