INTRODUCTION
Transformation of workplace is basically related with having the appropriate
functioning within organization by adopting the changing circumstances so that competitiveness
can be achieved. In the current era, having effectual workplace transformation is important so
that deriving relevant processing which can uplift organizational culture in order meet with
external circumstances. This is basically exerted by firm to have significant application of
technologies so that higher productiveness can be achieved. The main reason behind this is to
have higher ability to coordinate with prevailing requirements in turn good performance can be
derived. The particular study is based on The Grey Horse which is small hotel that offers the
services of rooms, etc. and planning to include the artificial intelligence in its overall processing
so that booking and other processes can be done in effectual pattern. The current study will pay
attention on involving information regarding the project planning, conducting primary and
secondary research, data presenting and reflective practice so that effectual information can be
obtained.

CHAPTER 1-LITERATURE REVIEW
Introduction
This is the section of the project report that critically discuss the different areas of the
research topic. Literature review is an overview of the previous published data in respect of the
aim and objectives of the present study that direct scholar to collect reliable and appropriate data.
In this section, the scholar will present the secondary information regarding impact of artificial
intelligence implementation on digital transformation of hospitality sector.
As per the opinion of Oeij and et.al. (2019) workplace transformation is a method or ways
through which organization can improve workforce skills, tools with the aim to implement
constant changes within company strategy. It is significant for encouraging and motivating the
employees so that they can increase both productivity and morale. With the help of workplace
transformation, the management of hospitality sector is able to form or build better
communication and collaboration among the employees. However, on the other hand Busulwa,
Pickering and Mao (2022) has argued in the digital era, the workplace transformation increases
cost as the company need to implement and update new digital technologies.
According to the view of Trenerry and et.al. (2021) artificial intelligence is one of the key
digital technology that transform the workplace environment in positive way. The impact of
artificial intelligence on hospitality sector is that the organizations able to process its work such
as customer order, billing and payment in less time. In simple term, with the help of new
techniques of artificial intelligence, the company able to solve new problem arises with
introduction of technology. This handle business information more properly as compared to
humans. For example, Premier Inn during the Covid-19 situation has adopt the cloud based
technologies to arrange meetings, employees training etc. along with the management of work
from home policy.
In contrast to above statement, Selimović, Pilav-Velić and Krndžija (2021) has stated that
implementation of artificial intelligence creates major issue or challenge for the organizations
operate under hospitality industry. The challenge that company might face because of AI
implementation is automation-spurred job loss, data scarcity, limited implementation, lack of
transparency, bias etc. The impact of which company lose its reputation and brand image in the

market. For example, Costa coffee café of UK has recently adopted Customer relationship
management (CRM) to manage the relationship with its customer after the pandemic
breakthrough. This digital transformation helps the café to enhance its customer service, base
and sales.
As state by Alt (2021) the impact of artificial intelligence over the company is that it helps
hotels, pubs, restaurants, bars etc. to explore new market or start its operation all over the world.
It is because the company able to process its order fast which leads to increase in customer base,
sales as well as profitability.
Conclusion
After summing up the above information, it has been concluded that the impact of artificial
intelligence implementation in organizations operates under hospitality sector helps the company
to expand its business. It has been also concluded that the companies may face challenge such as
job loss, privacy violation etc. while implementing artificial intelligence.
CHAPTER 2- RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research process/ type: The research process is the steps which scholar should follow
while conducting a research effectively. There are two types of research such as qualitative and
quantitative. Qualitative research is collection and analysis of theoretical concept and
information to achieve research study (Mohajan, 2018). While on the other hand, Quantitative
research is collection and analysis of numerical and factual information regarding study. In the
present study, the scholar has been selected qualitative research. The scholar will set the aim and
objective first and then conduct both primary and secondary research to complete the study
appropriately and achieve aim & objectives successfully.
Research approach: This means the plans and procedure used to conduct a research.
There are two types of research approach such as inductive and deductive. The inductive
approach involves the formation of aim and objectives first and then completing the study on that
direction. While on the other hand, deductive approach means the formation of hypothesis and
check whether hypothesis is correct or not with appropriate tools. In the present study, the
