Saturday 4th August,

they have been correctly
implemented so that the school
can benefit from it
Reflection
I am now better at organisation of different events at a short span of time. Through the
process of organisation, I have also gained the power to be patient and observe things
thoroughly before their process of evaluation. I have spent the first two days in discussion the
problems face by the school and deciding the necessary mitigations to be taken. It has made
my decision making skills more firm and now I am able to take quick decisions. I also
continued this process and obtained loan required for the bank. Once again, my organisation
and persuasive skills have improved one step. Through the maintained of these practices I
believe, I can work as a better consulting manager in the future.
Continued practice plan
My organisation as well as persuasive skills has improved upon working on this
project. Therefore, for making these skills better, I need to actively participate in various
other projects to enhance my skill. I also need to participate in management of consulting
workshops to brush my skills in a much better method.
