Research Title: “To evaluate the importance of grit on student development and learning
process”.
INTRODUCTION
Virtual learning is a a learning experience that is part of education technology by use of a
web based platform for different aspects of study courses that is part of different educational
institutions. There is presentation of resources, interactions and activities as a part of course
structure. It is used for providing different areas of assessment (Chen, 2016). The use of
computers and internet has revolutionized the process of studying for students and it has lead to a
complete transformation as there is haring of ideas in a matter of seconds. Present report is based
on making a detailed evaluation of the aims and objectives according to the report title by
application of literature review and secondary available sources of information. According to the
collected information further there is evaluation so that there can be recommendations that are to
be drawn to reach to further conclusions.
Aims & objectives:
Aim: “To make a evaluation of the techniques of virtual learning on student development and
learning producers in universities”
Objectives: the objectives of the present research work are mentioned below:
To understand the basic concept of grit
To analyse certain elements of Grit learning
To evaluate the effect of grit on student development and learning process.

passing of knowledge. The traditional classrooms and knowledge acquisition is limited to the

student with the external work so that there overall abilities can be expanded. It leads to
establishment of connection with student is that there abilities can be used for constructionist of
new knowledge.

Grit leads to better contribution of students as they are stick to enhance their presnet level of
contribution with high amount of consistency and concentration towards their assigned tasks in
classroom (Khlaisang and Songkram, , 2019). Grit learning can be coupled with face to face
instruction that is further called as blended learning (How does grit impact college students,
2020).
Evolution of Grit learning: the last decade has transformed the procedure of Grit learning in a
radical manner. In early times the courses offered for Grit learning is now typically customer

further advancement in technology there is creation of a worldwide web that leads to creation of

According to , there are different types of Grit learning ways in which there can be sharing from

With the changing external environment such as in the situation of present COVID outbreak it

so that there can be no interpretation in Grit learning process of students.
Teachers are focussing one the engagement process to enhance the Grit learning
experience of students. But 55 percent of students are still struggling with the lack of social
interaction. They are not able to learn and they may lead to a long term impact on the their
underperformance in academics. Students are having a strong desire to build up in person
connections which they are not able to build up in the online leaning environment (Aslan and
Duruhan, 2020). Further the abrupt changes in lifestyle, has left many students struggling with
the way they can succeed academically. Many researchers are showing that in person courses can
be more effective. The social environment is motivating students to perform better and enhance

transformed the way the future of online education will be shaped. The overall teaching practises
has resulted into a learning and teaching landscape that is evolving with emerging vision of post
crises education scenario will be beneficial for Grit learning procedure in long run.

approach and development of a clear understanding of the true ends, ideals and aims of the
human created systems. There is a need to develop a clear understand by analysing the two

that they can catch the information and understand it in a proper manner. In addition
to this, virtual learning becomes the major part of education industry and to gain
learning, digital skills is important for students.
It is recommended to evaluate the Grit learnings of students as it help in gaining
understanding about what extent students gain understanding from the virtual classes
or learning. It help in making improvements that impact positively on performance
of students in a positive and effective manner.
It is also suggested that proper measures of safety is to be adopted at the time of
executing virtual learning so that students gain proper information and knowledge as
well.

Conclusion
From the above mentioned aspects it can be summarized that there are different aspects
that are part of the Grit learning environment that is assisting in the process of student
development. In the situation of COVID outbreak this technology application has lead to no
barriers in the process of student learning. It is creating a scenario of better connectivity amongst
students and teachers without least number of barriers & hindrances. Sometimes students are
facing difficulties related to not being able to cope up with the changing nature of technology
and no proper interaction it leads to a negative impact on their overall mental state and affects
