E-commerce is one of the most important businesses in this world today. The E-
commerce companies provide people with products and services delivered to their homes.
The Grocer To Go is an e-commerce companies that provides groceries to their customers at
their door. The company has both website and application and the customers can both order
from their website and application. The fundamentals of the business is that the customers
will order their groceries from the application and the groceries will be relayed to the
corresponding stores of groceries from where the delivery drivers will pick up the groceries
and deliver to the door of the customers. The products and the services will be all kinds of
groceries those are necessary in a normal household will be delivered to the customers. The
services will include free delivery of the good and offers on all kinds of delivery. The
potential customers will be everyone as groceries are required by every family in order to run
their household. The application is mainly for the people who are very busy and have less
time to visit the shop for the groceries. The future for the business is excellent as there are not
much grocery E-commerce companies. There are mainly shopping E-commerce and
electronics but there are no grocery E-commerce. The industry is very new, it has a great
future ahead, and groceries are necessary for every household for living.
Products and Services
The Grocer To Go is a Grocery E-commerce that provides grocery products and
services to the people. The customers’ orders products from the application and the products
are relayed from a grocery shop (Mangiaracina et al.,2019). The deliveryman picks up the
groceries and delivers it to the house of the customers. The products of the Grocer To Go
include all kinds of grocery products such as bakery, bread, meat, rice, pasta, oils, sauces,
cereals, breakfast foods, dairy products, eggs, canned foods and many more those are

important for every household. The services provided by the E-commerce include free
delivery on every order that is the customers do not have pay for the delivery and the E-
commerce provides offers on certain products of groceries and it becomes easier for the
customers to purchase products from the Grocer To Go due to its products and services (Roy,
2020).
There are various factors that give a competitive advantage to the company over the
other E-commerce those are present. The competitive advantage of the company will be that
the products that will be provided to the customers are fresh and are of top quality. The
customers will never have a chance to complain about the quality of the products (Mkansi &
Nsakanda, 2019). It is known that more good the customer services more is the revenue.
Another advantage is that the grocery will be provided to the people where they cannot
access the grocery issues due to the problem off transportation. These customers will be able
to order groceries and the delivery drivers will deliver their goods at their doorstep. Another
advantage of the company is that its structure of cost. The groceries are available at an
available cost and much lower than the grocery shops. The services also provide a
competitive advantage to the company. The delivery charge is free and offers provided to the
customers on purchase of certain goods (Chua & Yoo, 2018). Therefore, the customers will
be very happy and content with the E-commerce.
The pricing of the groceries on the desktop, mobile website and the application of the
company is same but there is one difference. The difference is that more offers are provided
on the mobile application than the websites on mobile and computers.
There are various features and benefits of the Grocer To Go those are perceived by
the customers of the products and the services (Munson, Tiropanis & Lowe, 2017).

and many more.

ï‚· The customers can track their orders when they have ordered products from the
application
ï‚· The customers have the facility of providing reviews and rating of the products that they
have purchased
The E-commerce provides various after sales services to the customers that make the
customers content and happy. The after sales services include delivery, support and refund
policies. The company provides free delivery to the customers on every order and they do no
charge extra for the plastic bags that they give with the products. Therefore, the customers do
not have to worry about dirt on the groceries (Mortimer et al.,2016). The E-commerce

matter. In order to contact the support staffs, the e-mail address of the company where the
customers can state their issues and the problem will be solved. The company has a refund
policy which states that if the quality of the products are bad then the store will refund their
money as per their policies within 15 days of their purchase. However, if the products are
damaged due to poor delivery then the refund will be given immediately. The customers will
be needed to sign off on their product when they receive the products and a confirmation will
be send to the customers that they have received their products and reviews are need to be
given.
