Team development in business organization is
very common approach for raising performance.
It is referred as key tool for purpose of
organising work in present corporate world. It
creates a captivating atmosphere through
encouraging teamwork, co-operation, and
interdependence and through building trust in its
team members as it is very general approach for
forming successful work team. It is essential for
considering fact that development of team and to
get mature over specific duration along with
development of following these stages such as:
Forming: In this stage, group members might be anxious
along with adopting as here team is formed and meeting of
members. The team opportunities and challenges are
learned as individual members might be confused related
to role and understanding about requirement of team.
There is discussion of project goals, member's information
related to skill, interests and background, timeline,
individual roles and ground rules.
Storming: The team members are very eager for going as
conflict could arise where people tend to up bring various
ideas for attaining objectives. There is observance of
variations instead of similarities which will lead to
members by dropping physically or mentally.
Norming: In this stage people recognize aspects as they
tend to be social and might forget focus in favour of good
time. It helps for training with its applicability and very
important for encouraging to be comfortable.
Performing: At this stage, team members are competent
and trained along with ability for perspective of problem
solving. In this aspect, methods has to be observes for
challenging and developing with mature team. The roles
and responsibilities are understood with need of more
input in processes.
Group behavior in business entity always tends for following
norms and rules of organization where employees are expected
for disciplined. In the context of group, concerned members
