INTRODUCTION
There are different elements which is crucial for success of an individual. For every person
there is different meaning of success as well as different ways of accomplishing its. Learner
needs to focus of various attributed in order to increase its capability as well as performance
(Gipayana, 2016). This report is based in different aspects that is learned through module and it
will include different information regarding them module. In this different areas are determined
which needs to be developed by learner. Apart from this a proper action plan is developed which
will support in increasing personal and professional skills.

Reflect on your performance in the group presentation
What have you learnt?
While performing this group presentation task I have learned and understand about
different things and attributes. The learning that is attain through this project is very important
for accomplishing academic and professional goals. There are many things which I have learned
through this groups presentation and I will use this information in my future. Through this
presentation I am able to gain knowledge about success as its different attributes. Success is very
important part of an individual life and it is crucial for a person to put its full potential to attain
success. While working in this presentation I have understand that success has different meaning
for different person. Each and every person have different ways and methods to achieve success
and attain their personal and professional goals (Anugraheni, 2017). In this groups presentation I
have learned about communication skill, time management, development of smart goals,
commitment towards work, active participation in group activities and many other things. All of
these are very important for my personal and professional growth.
What new information has been presented?
There are various new information presented in this project which is helpful in increasing
personal skills and capability. While working in this groups project I have identified and
understand different new and create way for developing a presentation. I have gained lots of new
information as well as presented in the presentation. In this group presentation we all have
divided our task as well as help each other to work more effectively. This group presentation was

on topic success and different ways to archive it. Proper evaluation of success in conducted in
this presentation as well as more accurate information is provided to audience. The new
information that is provided in this project is the different ways for a person to achieve success.
For every person success have different meaning and methods to achieve it. For a student, by
making study as first priority can be effective way for achieving success as well as attaining
desired goals. I have analysed that my managing time in correct and appropriate manner a person
is able to attain its goals. This is useful way to increasing person capability and efficiency to
attain success.
What was interesting?
Working in a group presentation was a very interesting task as in this I am able to learn
new and different things from other as well as increase my capability to attain desired goals.
There are many interesting things identified while conducting activities of this group
presentation. In this we all have divided our work as well as increase our efficiency to conduct
task in more effective and creative manner (Pardosi and Wijayanto, 2015). group presentation
task was successfully done because of effective team work as well as efforts of each and every
team member. The most interesting part of this presentation was helping each other to make sure
all task in conducting in most effective and appropriate manner. I am able to develop strong
relationship with my team member and along with this I learned about working in effective team.
Setting of goals and timely implementation of set task was also very interesting task for me as in
this I was able to increase my capability to manage time correctly and attain desired goals.
How might you use the new information?
I will use all the information that is collected through this group presentation in my
personal and professional career. Through the information gained in this project I will be able to
prepare well for success in my academic and professional life. This is very important for
increasing my capability and potential to attain desired goals. The new information about
communication and time management will be use in my day to day activities and conducting all
task in more accurate manner. By the information of time management I will be able to manage
my work in correct manner as well as complete all work in set time frame.
What did you not fully understand or confused you, and what did you do about it?

The major thing that is did not fully understand is development of SMART objectives.
This was very confusion for me to create and develop own SMART objective as well as
determine which is normal objective or which is SMART objective. In order to deal with this
confusion I have take support with my team member. By team member was very effective in
creating a useful and meaning full objective. In this time frame in which set objective should be
attaining is also mentioned. It is very crucial for a person to understand how to develop smart
objective and conduct activities in such as manner that it will lead to accomplishment of
objective.
TASK 2
Elaborate on the areas academic and professional that you need to develop further.
I have analysed that there are various area which needs to be developed and enhanced in
order to attain future goals and objectives. For increasing my capability and potential I have to
first identify those area which needs to be developed and increased. So that my skills will be
completely improved (Litchfield, Javernick‐Will and Maul, 2016). For growth in my personal
and professional career I have analysed that I am weak in several areas such as communication
skill and time management skills. Both of these are crucial skill which is required by student to
perform well in their academic course as well as for a employee to conduct business task in more
effective and appropriate manner. I have analysed that communication skill is one of the
important skill as this will lead to have significant impact over personality of a person.
Communication skill can be describe as the capability of a person to convey message and
though in more appropriate manner. I think I need to improve my communication skills so that I
can participate in further group presentation in more effective manner. By developing
communication skills I will be able to contribute my full potential in conducting presentation
task as well as delivering it to targeted audience in more creative and innovative manner.
Communication skills will support me in developing better and strong relationship with my team
member and the audience to which presentation is given. This is very significant skills which is
useful for academic study as well as working a professional in any organisation. The other area
which I need to develop for improving my potential is time management skill. Developing of
time management skill will be very supportive in conducting task in effective and appropriate
manner. I have determined that my increasing time management capability I will be able to

perform all task in set time frame and attain personal and professional task. Due to lack of time
management skill I am not able to priorties my important and urgent work as well as find it very
difficult to attain set objectives. this is the crucial area which needs to be develop as this will
assist me in management my time in correct manner as well as completing my all task with the
time frame. Through this I will be able to conduct academic and professional task with out any
delay in my performance. Time management is a crucial skill which is required by a student and
employees. As student I have to conduct course work on time along with this I have various
other professional and personal commitments. Time management skills will help me in full
filling of all of these commitment and completion by work with in set time period. I have
evaluated that I need to work on both communication and time management skills because this is
the major drawback which is affecting my capability and potential to conduct academic and
professional task.
TASK 3
Develop an action plan
It is very important to develop an appropriate action plan which will support in increasing
my capability and skills to perform task in correct manner (Warnock and Mohammadi-Aragh,
2016). There are various steps that is includes in development of area in which I am weak.
Creation of effective action plan will support me in enhancing my performance as a professional
in organisation and develop strong image in company. Steps of action plan are mention below in
detail –
1. Setting clear goals – This is the first step of action plan and in this step I will create and
develop a clear goals that should be achieve. My goal is to increase my capability and
performance in organisation. I want to develop strong relationship with in my
organisation as well as increase my value in company. This is my goals which can be
accomplish my enhancing my skills and other competencies. I need to conduct by all task
in such as manner that set goals could be successfully accomplish.
2. Identifying strengths and area of improvement – In the next step I need to identify and
analyse my strength and weakness. My strength will help me in attaining goals and by
determining weakness I will be able to analyse which all skill I need to work for

improving my performance. In this step I have determined that my major strength is my
commitment towards my work. I am hard working person as well as use my full potential
to perform task in required manner. Where as due to lack of communication skill I am
able to be convey my ideas and thoughts to other in effective manner. Time management
skill can be consider as my weakness as this is affecting my performance and
productivity.
3. Approaches of development – I have to use different approaches and methods in order to
increase my skills in which I am weak. This is very important as this will assist in
accomplishing goals as well as increasing my capability to perform well in organisation.
In order to develop communication skill I have taken short communication course which
assist me in enhancing my skills to convey message in more creative and appropriate
manner (Terziev and Nichev, 2017). For time management skills I have developed my
capability to classify all task in urgent and important categorise so that all work can be
conducted according to its importance.
4. Evaluation of performance – This is the last step of action plan and in this I will identify
and analyse the growth in my performance. In this step I will determine my overall
performance and evaluate it with set goals and objectives. This step will support in
understanding the level of growth attain in my performance due to increase in
communication and time management skills.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are various learning and information
that can be gained while conducting task in group presentation. It is very important for a person
to identify those areas which needs to be improved for personal growth and development. Apart
from this an effective action plan needs to be developed which will assist in increase potential of
a person.
