Reflect on the process of your group presentations
To prepare a good presentation in a group, various strategies must be used such
as time management, team division etc. I prepared the group presentation in my
semester on the specific topic. I divided the team in 4 parts and I also divided the task
for the particular person. I divided the task based on the person specification I gave the
task according to the ability which they have knowledge and they can easily do their
work. By providing the task based on the individual person ability it will give more
enhancement to the presentation (Carey and Asbury, 2016). To create a good and
effective presentation I use different types of strategies and approaches that help to
develop efficient presentation. I divided the task and slides in the 4 parts and gave to a
team member. I am the team leader of the group presentation and I decided to take
review in every week.
In my group presentation each member has good communication, time
management and leadership skills that helps to give advantages to create good PPT. I
gave the time scale for the task completion so that all team member have the idea when
they need to submit an assigned task. I conduct the meetings and sessions that help
me to know the actual work condition. By knowing their issues and barriers that occur
during the implementation of the presentation. I found the issue that some of the team
member are not able to create effective presentation so that I decided to gave
appropriate training and development to them so that they can easily understand the
concepts and tools of power point. I gave the training on the topic of presentation and
also give training creating an effective presentation.
I found the issue of some of the member of group are not discussing their
problems to me so that I decided to provide appropriate and open environment to them
so that they member can easily share their ideas and suggestions to solve specific

problem. Peoples have technical and other issues related to the presentation so I gave
proper guidelines and instructions to them. I monitor the work of individual member
whether they are working together or not, is there any issue occur related to the
presentation, work is managed by the member or not etc. These all are the purpose to
monitor their performance so their can easily take appropriate decision based on their
issues (Rothwell and et.al., 2012). I also conduct group and individual meetings so that
I can easily know the barriers that are faces by the team members. In group meetings I
discuss the presentation statues and take opinion to create effective and efficient
presentation. I gave open environment to each team member to solve particular
problem and also to create effective presentation. All the group members discuss their
views and suggestion that must gives more efficiency to the work (Zasloff and
Okurowski, 2012). In individual meetings I decided to take each member and ask them
questions related to the PPT. Based on their views and discussion I took appropriate
decision. I also gave effective training and development to the members so that they
can easily create good presentation. I divided the task in four parts and assign each
task to the person of team. Monitoring strategy gives more profit to me I can easily know
the actual condition of a work and then take appropriate decision to solve the barriers.
Some of the members has an issue of lack of knowledge, not appropriate guidelines so
I decide to give training sessions and programs to them. By providing effective
instruction to the team member that helps to create effective presentation (Schlenker,
2012).
I conduct the meeting in every week so that I can know the work status and if
there are some issues related to the work then I can easily provide appropriate
guidelines to a team member. I also gave effective and efficient training to team
members that helps to create good quality presentation. I found various issues related
to the technical and conceptual so I gave guidelines to them to work together. I follow
the monitoring approaches and divide the parts of the group presentation to work
together to get desired objective. By using different types of strategies and approaches
that helps to create effective presentation. All team member has the communication,
leadership and problem solving skills which are essential to develop effective PPT
(Krueger and Casey, 2014). I also gave training to a group member to increase their
