INTRODUCTION
Group presentation is situation which requirement of the people to work with the others.
This report will cover group presentation which will include portfolio contribution in which it
will explain skills learn in past days and it will also cover reflation and in the end challenges and
how I overcome from those challenges.
ASSESSMENT
A. Portfolio contribution one :
How to use the library and electronic Resources
In my past weeks I have studied in GBS where I have learned what we do in library and
how it can be useful to increase knowledge of any individual persona (Sayed and Burnett., 2017).
I have also found some electronic resources such as anthers data in the books and their whole
information are available in the library
Planning
I have learned how to make planning for the situation, so we can come with the proper
solutions when problems arrive in our personal life. I have experience this under the guidance of
professional teachers.
Note Taking
I have learned to take notes from GBS where tell us to write whatever we are learning
and experience we have gain during the learning, all the students used to note (Gillies., 2017).
This help me to remember all things which I have learn in the GBS.
Building a Bibliography
From Bibliography, I have learned about the anthers and also gain knowledge for the
sources I was using to learn was written by which anther and in which year they have published
their article, research, blogs and report. I have also learned that We should reference, if we are
taking data of another author in our projects and notes.
Plagiarism
I have learned that we cannot copy any anthers article as it is, if I am writing any article
and using data from the books and website then I have to express my own thoughts as well I
cannot just copy and paste.
Finding and Reviewing sources of information

After finding of the proper resources according to my topic I have to review the resources
properly and changes should be done, so we can write a proper report or any kind of blog for our
website.

Reflection
There are some special resources which is need to have in myself are proper
communication skills to present my thoughts and essay writing and report writing skills and
proper format of writing reports etc.
Communication Skills
Communication skills are important for every person because it helps an individual to
make understand their thought or any kind of information to the another person (Kurtz, Draper
and Silverman., 2017). This also help me to create good relationship with the other students or
teachers as well.
Essay and report writing
There are proper ways and skills needed to write essay and report writing. First of all
essay and report should have a proper format and there should be no grammatical mistakes in the
report and essay writing. We cannot write any information which h is not related to the topic
which is given by teachers it should be relatable to the main topic.
Debating (online and classroom)
For the classroom debate teachers give the particular topics in which two students or
group talk about the same topic. One party ask questions about the problems and other have to
provide proper answer and teachers which is taking debates will talk with the both the groups,
and they will decide the winner of the debate.
Presentation Skills
For the presentation of any report I have learned skills which is needed for me to create
proper presentation to the teachers (Rowland., 2017). My presentation should be related to the
topic and it should have proper images and proper headings, which will help me to create
attractive presentation which I can show to the teachers and students.
Time Management
Time management skills are important to complete any schools task on times. Without
proper management of the time we cannot write and presentation or any report.

Revision Strategies
After learning of all the skills we should revise them in our personal lifetime to time, so
we can remember all the learning I have gain from GBS
C. Portfolio contribution Three :
Strategies to overcome Challenges
I have faced many challenges when I was studding in the GBS, but I have make some
new strategies to overcome from those challenges in learning which help me a lot to overcome
(Park and et.al., 2020). I have faced problem in the concentration when my teachers was
teaching me in classroom then I started doing meditation which help me to focus on the learning
and also help me to stay healthy in my life.
Available Support
Teachers were my support, and they were always available when I need them the most.
GBS teachers were expert, and they were able make understand the information. Whenever I
need their help without any argument they help me and clear all doubts which I was having in the
studies. They also give us email if of GBS, we can take help from their support team we have
any doubt in features or if I have any problem in the learning. Their team will be there for
support.
Time management to ensure to stay on track
Most important thing I have learned in GBS was time management and how we can use
to do any task on time. Time management is important to overcome from the problems and this
also affect on my personal life top improve my daily life (Wild., 2017). Now I always make time
table in the morning and write all the activities and task which I have to do in present date. This
help me to create my life more better and proper.
CONCLUSION
As per above report has analyzed group presentation which has been included portfolio
contribution in which report has been explained skills I have learned in past days and it has been
also covered reflation and in the end challenges and how I overcome from those challenges.
