INTRODUCTION
Communication is the tool exchanging information from one individual to another and some
one place to another. Communication is a part of day to day lives of people and assist them
effectively share their viewpoints with one another in order to make others understand about
their personal opinion on a particular topic. Communication is considered to be as one of the
most essential tool in businesses and mostly all different types of activities which are conducted
buy a human being in their day to day life. Communication can be conducted in formal and
informal manner old different sort of information or data is exchanged. The report is constructed
for reflection on the performance of an individual in a presentation along with identifying the
needs for improvement in particular areas. Furthermore a personal development plan is created
which is also known as in Action Plan.

Reflection on my performance in the group presentation, about my learning and my
improvements
Presentation is a process of presenting a topic in front of an targeted audience it is a speech
meant for informing inspiring motivating or for building good will in others present any new
idea or exchange of information. Presentation is a formal communication tools which is mostly
used in education sector and in business sector for addressing a particular topic and spreading the
information between others. I have also been a part of a group presentation where I was
responsible for present in the data and information we have collected. In a presentation there are
several different activities which is needed to be done and there are several areas in which all the
members of the group have to work in order to make the presentation attractive and informative.
In a presentation there are more importantly three tasks first is of research and collection of
appropriate data in relation with the topic of the presentation. The second task is of creating a
presentation which is very attractive and informative that means to the audience to whom we are
addressing are engage with us in the presentation and concentrate on the topic we were
presenting our presentation. The third task is of presenting the information collected and
basically presenting the presentation in front of the people and targeted audience.
I was responsible for presenting the information collected by the group and the presentation
created by one of the member of the group. The presentation which developed which we mix

efforts of all the group members was presented by me in front of the audiences. I was important
in research and development also along with holding the responsibility of presenting the
presentation. Therefore I had very good idea about water is exactly in the presentation and how
do I need to communicate are findings in front of the group. The person who developed or
created the presentation made it very attractive and informative with the help of bullet points and
related pictures and posters. I have volunteered for presenting the information and data we
collect in front of a targeted audience and the group I had very good confidence over my
communication skills. I learnt new skills and perspectives of presenting a presentation or
speaking in front of a group a people on a respective topic. While conducting research on our
topic for the presentation I have learnt many new information about same topic which were
unknown by me and our group members. The most interesting part of our group presentation and
what we learnt from it was how to effectively work in a team with different people of different
mind-sets and with different opinions. We collaboratively worked together with one another for
making art presentations the best among other groups by adding all the information which is
required for the topic and by making efforts towards preparing and presenting very efficient and
potential in presentations in front of our judges. Many times it happened that we all all were
thinking in different directions and our judgements was not meeting with one another they were
conflicting and created a lot of distress in the group at some point of time while working on the
presentation. But we all knew it that is very important for us to work together in order to make a
presentation the best act and most attractive therefore effectively communicated and discussed
all the things with one another and came to some solutions for addressing our problems.
I was is also facing a lot of problems while preparing for my presentation once all the research
work and presentation development work was completed. I was responsible for presenting the
whole presentation in front the people as i he took his job voluntarily it was my responsibility
that I give my 100% for making the best effect over the audience. there was some points which
confused me and where I was stuck while preparing myself for the presentation. The first

between the team members and the times they were thinking in all different directions
from one another. While we were preparing for the presentation at some point there was a
lot of conflicts between our team members and we all have different opinions and that is
one area where I need to improve my skills so that in future and in my career certificate
situation comes up I can effectively communicate and resolve all the misunderstanding
between the group so that no hurdles will be created in between the way of attaining our

that they have a proper set of idea that how they need to develop their skills and improve in a
particular area by the given time setting with effective evidences and guidance (Takei and et. al.,
