INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the complete evaluation of the work which is done by the people. This is the
structure report where include the complete group work and its management at the time of work
in effective manner. In this report include the Kolb's learning cycle which is the model of
reflection writing. This help to manage complete work at the workplace. This learning cycle is
helpful for manage complete group work reflections. This considered with 4 stages are concrete
experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. The
report will include the reflection on group work like team roles, balance of team role, difference
between a group and a team.
PART 2
Reflection on group work.
Group work is the complete contribution of all the team member who are working at
company. In that management allot work to whole team and students work on the project for
same goal. In order to write the best reflection here is selects Kolb's learning cycle which is as
follows:
I feel that this theory is completely theoretical model of experiential learning which is
grounded for humanistic and constructive prospects (Barnes, Ernst and Hyde, 2017). This model
help to make complete reflection of work which has done by team member for achieve common
goals and objectives. This creates more effectiveness for business and for students. There are
differences between the group and a team. Group is the randomly selected people and team is
managed by leaders for making success into the projects work.
Concrete experience:
I feel that group work is very difficult because there are various people and their views
are totally different for completing work in effective manner. But when teacher made group then
I have experience about completing work on the time because I have little experience of the
managing team members. Through that get new learning which leadership style. Out team leader
is performed well and support to all the people who are in group they guide them about work.
This new learning experience added into my old experience create something new and unique
work (Kolb’s model of Experiential Learning, 2020). This provides me best learning skills into
the group. If When, leader allot me the work then I feel that I am not able to do this work with

possible playing role into the workplace. My team role is completely different in that I have not
any kind of experiences of work. But I have to do after understanding in proper manner.
Reflective observation:
I observed that work is very difficult to understand but after understanding in proper
manner work is easy and simple. I observed that balance of team role difficult in that team leader
provide simple and easier task to each one at the work place. This creates most effectiveness for
business in proper manner (Sarsons, 2017). After understanding the work I observed that there is
little difference between a team and group. In that group is the collection of individual who
coordinate their individual efforts. On the another side, team is a group of people who share a
common team purpose and number of challenging goals. There are members of team are
mutually committed to the goals and to each other in effective manner. This creates more
wonderful working experience into the group work.
Abstract conceptualization:
After this work, I feel that the complete work with team is created the new ideas and
views about completing work in effective manner. This creates more wonderful aspects for the
experience. This help to me for creates better understanding to work and effective work classes
to maintain the effective working experience. Through that I understand that my work is
complete with my experience and allotted team role I have done into the workplace. This creates
more effectiveness for working in better manner (Rubel and Okech, 2017). With the help of this
I have added more values into the workplace. This help to me in my future for complete group
work. This creates new experience and added more values for understanding in better and work
on it. I realized that group work is effect to the group thinking because all the people in the
group have their own idea and style of completing work which is create clashes between the
team members. That is not good for success of group work. In respect to that, team leader first
understand views and ideas of each team member then allocated work and give the best idea to
complete work in effective manner.
Active experimentation:
In the life first time I have do the team work that is my experiment of work. As that,
work is good and result is also good. This creates most wonderful experiment on the work and
its tasks. I planned to complete work in order to manage all the task in effective manner. Here I
apply me knowledge for complete work in effective manner (Forslund Frykedal and Hammar

team leaders I felt that work is very hard and faced various problems with that but in that
situation I applied my knowledge and experience on this particular situation more effectiveness.
This creates most and more targeted working experience in effective manner.
Those are my complete experience at the time of group work. Through that I have
learned various thinks and new ideas for work in effective manner (Brown, 2017). This creates
more advantage for people in effective manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it had been concluded that the reflective work on the group work
has created most effective advantage for whole the team. Team work has been helped to
achieved goals and objectives of company in effective manner. This creates most effectiveness
for individual in order to create effective experience of work. In that management need to
organize training and development as well as group work helps to increase knowledge and skills
about completing the work in effective manner. Through that my skills and learning has more
improved.
