INTRODUCTION
Personal reflection is one of the most important and valuable tool which can be used by the
Individual top express their own views and ideas of the experience which they feel at the time of
making any activity. It is very important for the individual that they developed effective
reflection skills in their personality so that they can express their ideas and emotions effectively.
This report is based on the concept of providing reflection about the group activity made in the
organisation. It provide brief discussion related to what learning are made to conduct group
activity in the organisation. There are different types of knowledge and activities are made to
complete this activity are concluded in this report. There are different types of approached are
used by the management to make this project more successful are stated in this report. It states
brief discussion related to the transferability of skills and also similarities and differences in team
work made in the universities. It is very important for me that I have made considerable efforts to
make this project so that it becomes beneficial for all the related parties of the project.

Briefly summarise key learning you take from working with your group.
Group activity is related to those activity under which different type of peoples are combined to
conduct any project and task in any organisation. The goals and objectives of all the members of
the group are same. It is the duty of the managers that they develop effective team in the
organisation so that the accuracy and effectiveness in work can be achieved. It is essential to
include only those members in the team which are having similar mindset if they want to make
effective team in the organisation (Mea and Sims, 2019) . To work in the team with different
experienced and valuable team members are one of the most favourable opportunity of my life.
Our managers has clear understanding about the concepts of effective team development in the
organisation because of knowledge of different type of team development theories which helps
us very much in the organisation such as Tuckman theory of team development and many more.
I have learned different types of skills and abilities while working in this effective. The team
development skills and abilities are one of the most valuable learning which I have developed in
my personality while doing this project. My knowledge about the different theories of team

development are increased by huge level. I have learned that how to make effective organisation
in the organisation and to take higher returns from all the members of the team and also to make
them happy in their organisation.
The another thing which I have learned from this project is motivation of team members.
Motivation refers to those process of the organisation which is used by the managers to stimulate
the behaviour and attitude of the employees towards the organisation. Motivation is one opf the
most important aspect which plays major role in the success of the project in the organisatins.
There are large number of members are present in our team and each team member has their
different types of need and desires (McGlinchey, 2019). The motivation of the employees are
based on their needs and desires. It is the duty of the managers of the organisation that they
evaluate the needs and desire of the employees and try to fulfil them so that the employees stay
motivated. Most of the members of our team has need of career growth and our managers has try
to target these needs of the members. There are several managers are present in our team which
has used their skills and abilities to evaluate the needs and desires of the employees so that they
can fulfil them so. They have develop different types of promotional schemes in their
organisation such as reward, recognitions and many more. These promotional schemes of the
managers has developed feeling of loyalty towards the managers in the personality all the
employees. Most of the employees of the organisation has try to maximise their productivity so
that they can get the rewards from the managers. This activity of the managers has developed
many skills and abilities in my personality so that it becomes easy for to motivate the employees
if I will be the manager in any organisation in my future. It is very helpful for me that the
motivational skills are developed in my personality because it helps me make my employees
more competitive and productive in the organisation.
Leadership skills is also the important learning which I have developed in my personality while
doping project in group activity. Leadership is related to the abilities of the person which is used
by them to influence the will and attitude of the employees towards the achievement of
organisational goals and objectives. The role of leaders are the most important and valuable role
in the team activity. It is very important for the success of the team activity that each team has
effective team leader. There are different type of employees are working in the team which has
different views and suggestions so the chances of conflicts and disputes in the organisation. It is
very important for the achievement of goals and objectives that the conflicts and disputes are not

arises in the organisation. The role of negotiator are performed by the leaders in the group
activity so that the chances of conflicts can be minimised in the organisation. The development
of negotiation skills in my personality helps me to solve different types of disputes and conflicts
arises in the organisation. It is very important for me to develop these skills.
In what way did you utilise knowledge about your own skill set, learning style and
development?
There are different types of knowledge and skills are developed my me while doing this project
with different types of group members in the organisation. The skills are negotiations skills,
leadership skills and many more (Kurpayanidi, 2018) . These skill not only helpful in personal
as well as in my professional life.
The negotiation skills are one of the most important skill which I have developed. It refers to
those skill which helps to solve different types of conflicts in the organisation. It is very
important for me that I have developed these skills so that I becomes successful in my personal
as well as in my professional career. I want to make my career as business managers in any
multinational organisation of the world so that the standards of living of mine can be improved.
The negotiation skills helps me to develop effective and efficient judgement in the organisation
so that each and every party of the conflict can be satisfied.
The leadership skills which I have developed in my personality is the important skills which are
helpful in my personal as well as in my professional career. There are large number of
employees are working in the organisation and all the employees has different and dynamic
behaviour. The leadership skills helps me to influence the dynamic behaviour of the employees
towards the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. It is very important for me that I
have used these skills of leadership skills in my personal life so that it becomes easy for me to
manage different aspect of my life. There are different types of problems has to faced by me due
to the lack of skills in my personal life. I have to faced extensive competition in the market. The
development of these skills has changed my way of life.

All the members which are working for me are having similar mindset and view towards
different aspect life which is one of the important feature of an effective. Most of the members of
the team has put hard work and efforts to make the project successful in the market so that the

their activities without any hesitation and anxiety. The result of this scenario is that the project of
they company are one of the most successful project so that it becomes easy for the management
to earn huge. It is my personal suggestion that this company can be used by the management in
their further projects o that their projects can be completed with great accuracy (Liang and Liu,
2018) . It is evaluated by me that the number of chances of success of project conduct by this
team are more important then to provide work to any other team. This team has potential to work
with similar goals and objectives and has an ability to achieve any type of goals and objectives in
the organisation. There are also different type of teams are present in the organisation.

organisation that they maintain the management of the employees in the organisation. It is my
personal approach that no the approach of the market are better from the approached used by our
mangers. The motivational approach of the management makes all the employees loyal towards
the organisation and makes all the employees more competitive and competitive in the market.

skills, management skills and many more. These skills are very helpful for me in this projects

me in these activities of life.
