It is evident from the organizational chart that Jones John and Jane are at the top most hierarchy
that controls all the operations of the organization. They have two separate sections and agreed to
the term that Jane would take care of the customer handling and management. Jane would
effectively manage the customers for easing the management of the information and taking care
the needs of the customers. Chris, Christina, and Charlie would assist Jane for the management
of customers by taking orders on phone. Mark and Marsha would also report to Jane and would
take care of the orders packaging. Dirk is an assistant employed for assisting Mark and Marsha
in their store activities. Jones has Noel, Noeleta, Nick, and Netta for supporting the gardening
activities of the organization. Tim is a manager employed for reporting to Jones and supervises
Mark and Marsha for easing the transportation services. They would deliver the vegetables to the
customers. The combination of all the activities would keep the information flow and running of

2.1 Problem Description
The operations of Grow Your Business have been manual in operations and Jones has to manage
the operations by himself. He takes care of the order by talking to the customers by himself and
then providing the customers with the expected vegetables. It is a manual process that consumes
much time and often results in exhausting time of Jones. The time can be utilized by Jones for
