Organizational structure of GSE

GSE has adopted tall structure in their working, the firm has many
levels which work in hierarchy. There are heads and many manger
under them. These mangers are responsible for the people under them
and have small span of control over them. There are many layers
between the top management and employees. In this also each layer
have their own rules and procedure. In tall structure each manger have
small number of employees under them which help them in providing
better supervision and assist in bringing efficiency in the firm.

Board of directors
In GSE Board of directors act as the top management and decision taken
by them are considered as final decision

Chief executive officer Ben Russell
• He is the CEO of the firm and is responsible for the smooth running
of the firm. All the department manger respond to him.

Global operation John Jackson
• He is responsible to look out for the global operation of the firm. He is
one of the most important person in the firm.

Chief financial officer Lucy
Lancome
• She is responsible to look out for the financial issue of the firm.

President of the brand Humphrey
Hendon
He is responsible for the brand image of the firm not only in the
Australia but also at global level. All the necessary decision of the
firm are taken after the agreement of all the directors

Departmental Manager
• Under the CEO Ben Russell more than 9 general
manger works that are responsible for various
department of the firm.

Finance and Administration
Department
• Financial department is headed by Karen Coster who is responsible to look
after all the financial operation of the firm. She is responsible for the team of
Ten people Which include accountant, account officer of different area such
as New south wales, Western Australia etc. It service manger and property
manger also work under her.

GM Human Resources Sarah
Jackson
• She is responsible to look after various issue related to the employer.
The HR team is consisted of 12 member which include HR officer of
different area, training manger, HR generalist, Hr assistant of
different area, training officer etc.
