I have applied for the manager in the healthcare company. The chief objective in this
company is to deliver the service to the customers or patients within time in one hand maintain
the high quality of service on the other hand. This is due to the fact that this company is highly
reputed for its high-quality health care service with much less time and expense. Under me, there
is a team of six members. Therefore, all of their needs in doing the tasks has to be properly
supplied. I had to play the responsibilities to maintain coordination of my team members so that
they can effectively contribute in the healthcare services. As the healthcare sector of the UK is
much concentrated, the dependency of the customers on the companies are much higher. This is
the reason why I had to develop skills for effective service process so that my team can perform
well towards reaching the business goal. However, the higher authority supports the management
and allow to share ideas in the decision-making process.
