generating feedback is to know about the customer's perspective on the things which has opted by
them. This report will consist the data analysis of customers and their positive and negative
feedbacks as well, so make it more clear and understandable regarding the importance of feedbacks.
MAIN BODY
Data analytics
Data analytics is the term which is considered with the helping of individuals and business
organisations to make the sense of data for making the results easy and simpler. It is the science of
analysing the raw data which is provided so as to make the conclusions about the information which
is needed. Following are the analytics of customer's and their positive and negative feedbacks.
Customer analytics
The customer analytic is basically referred to build the data foundation so as to accelerate the
performance and the growth of the organisation or the company (Bergin, 2018). The Gym ology is a
brand new gym in Melbourne, which has involved CBSA to improve its working criteria and
marketing skills. The Gym can improve the skills of marketing by opting updated qualities of
equipment’s into their gym, buy maintaining a clean and proper ventilated environment. They can
distribute the pamphlets of their new gym to the customers or the general public enclosing all the
features of the gym, along with the fee structure. As the budget of Gymology is kind of limited,
they can shift there focus to attract the customers with reasonable pricing policies with good quality
in order to lure the customers with the facilities and features provided by them(Rukanuddin,
Rahman and et.al, 2021). They can also give some discounts and offers to the new customers so as
to approach more customers towards their gym. The gym should also provide a stress free
environment with a good music system so that the customers can enjoy during their workout
sessions, which will also act as a stress buster for the people over there.
Analytics of positive or negative feedback
The analytics of various feedbacks which were provided by the customers of Gymology are as
follows
Negative feedback
according to the customers it was expected that they would be getting a discounted membership, but
they didn't get anything. The equipment’s were not fully cleaned after the usage, as they were quite
sticky and sweaty. The customers couldn't meet there needs as per there expectations.

Positive feedback
With the negative feedbacks were given by the customers there were also some positive feedbacks
as well, the customers had loved the music which was played at the gym during their workout
sessions. The opening hours were very favourable and also there is not any lock-in contract
membership.
Recommendations
The following recommendations have been listed herein to effectively help the business gain
new customers and increase their chances at market survival.
The equipment’s being sweaty and not being cleaned up between different rep and sets is a
major turn off for the clients. So the gym must ensure that such rules are being followed
thoroughly and the warning signs are being displayed using banners
The customers have complained that the gym company is not providing enough value for
their money which is why there must be diversification of services such as boxing and yoga
which will help the company earn more money
There is no sense of community or friendliness among people despite the company claiming
to offer campaigns built on mutual friendship such as ‘bring a friend day’ so the company
must add more value to this event by offering free dome, weekly trails and more discount
CONCLUSION
The above report went into detail with many topics which were related with the importance of
feedbacks and the data analysis for any organisation by which the performance can be analysed and
compared. Along with that the positive and negative feedbacks were also explained in context to the
Gymology which is a brand new gym opened in Melbourne.
