been facing various issues and challenges. One of the main issues that is faced by an
organization while adopting latest technology at an international scale is the availability of latest
technology (Aceto, Persico and Pescapé, 2018). The main aim of organizations operating in the
hospitality industry is to serve the needs as well as needs of the customers in an effective manner
and gain their loyalty as well as trust. Organization chosen for this report is, Hampton by Hilton
London Waterloo, which is a Hilton brand of hotels. The organization was founded in the year
1984 and is headquartered in the United States. The hotel offers luxury services to its guests in
order to provide them a seamless experience. The report consists of different chapters, the first
chapter introduces the project report and its background. The second chapter is literature review,
which focuses on the main area on which the project is based. Chapters 3 and 4 explain the
methodology used in the project as well as analyse the findings of the study. Lastly, a critical
appraisal is also included in the report along with recommendations for further work.
Quantitative research method has been used in order to complete this report. The research
method used in the research is qualitative and the research approach is deductive. The rationale

the researcher has adopted both primary as well as secondary methods to ensure that relevant and

research onion and involves the researcher to make important decisions on sample groups, the
technique of data collection used in the research, data analysis as well as research ethics (Wirtz,
Weyerer and Geyer, 2019). There are different ways in which data can be collected, quantitative
as well as qualitative methods. In context to this research, the researcher has used both primary
as well as s secondary methods. In order to collect primary data, a structured questionnaire has
been used. On the other hand, for secondary data collection, different books, journals and articles
have been referred to to ensure that authentic and reliable data is collected.
Sampling - Sampling can be defined as the process of selecting a pre-determined number
of observations from a large population (Khan, Hounshell and Fuchs, 2018). The sample
represents the population and makes it easier for the researcher to collect data and interpret
results. There are two types of sampling techniques, probabilistic and non-probabilistic. In order
to collect data for this research, the sample size is 50 respondents. Simple random sampling has
been used wherein every respondent has an equal chance of getting selected. Data analysis is
another important component of the research and allows the researcher to obtain reliable and
valid results and make appropriate conclusions.
Time Frame
