Introduction
This present article will emphasize on understanding the change which is necessary for
the business organization so that they can have a competitive edge over their major competitors
in the same industry.
Case Study
This article on change management is considered as an approach for transforming
individuals, teams and organization to a desired position. Further, this change management
focuses how employees, teams and groups within the business enterprise get affected by this
transition. Moreover, change management also transit with different types of discipline which
start from behavioral and social to the Information Technology and various other business
solutions. With fast modification in the technology, entity has to cope-up with new machines and
infrastructure which will improve their sales, revenue and profitability. From the view point of
Brown, Waterhouse and Flynn (2013), change management consists of some major benefits and
has their own importance. This change management also helps venture to improve their
performance over a particular time period and senior manager can compare their performance by
comparing with their past year outcomes to the current.
On the other side Burnes, (2004) stated that the change management dedicate employee
to work in different situations, colleagues and environment. The new change structure might
boost their morale and they start working with best of their efficiency and capability to achieve
the desired results. Moreover, Cameron and Green, (2012) expressed that the internal and
external business environment also has major influence on the business enterprise as well as on
the change. Internal factors are those which are in control of the enterprise and some of them
include culture, leadership style, mission and vision, etc. However, the behaviour, attitude and
working style of an individual also impact the organization culture. On the contrary side, external
business environment are those which is not in the control of entity and it comprises factors like
technology, social, customers, etc.
Further, planned change in any enterprise lead towards addition in productivity and
ability of service. It also directed towards enhancement of quality with the help of planned
change in the organization. Moreover, satisfaction of customers plays a crucial role as it is one of

the prime objectives of any business venture. Market expansion plan also taken into
consideration by identifying the needs and objectives of business venture. For instance, Maruti
Suzuki automobile company has taken franchisee of Nexa so that they can separate their Sedan
cars from other low budget care. On the contrary side, there is an emergent change which
eventually not in anyone's hand as it merely comes into social system (Smith, 2011). However,
this concept of change thinks that there are different other factors which have never been
forecasted earlier in the change implementation phase.
Conclusion
From the above description, it is evaluated that change is a common thread that runs
within the business enterprise and those organizations who handles change will boost their
performance and other will struggle to survive in the same industry. Various change methods
have been depicted which will give reader a clear study from the article.
