Company, a online two sided company which deals in offering residential cleaning and other
home services. Their services are offered in USA, UK and Canada. The project report includes
the aims and objectives of project for Handy company along with the project management plan
which different elements such as cost, scope, time etc. Work Breakdown structure and Gantt
chart to compete stage of project are also discussed under this report. All other aspects also has
been summarised under this report with the context of Handy Company (Crane and Matten,
2016).

P7: Value of undertaking research to meet objectives
There are too many difficulties and issues that may faced by researcher while conducting
research for company. To overcome such issues, an effective plans and strategies are mist
required to prepare. While making research, I faced lots of difficulties and barriers related with
cost and time. As due to lack of time, I couldn't reach to maximum number of respondents due to
it becomes difficult to identify the actual needs and preferences of customers. In my research, i
selected 30 respondents which are few in numbers due to which drawing conclusion will be more
difficult. The money allotted to me for the purpose of conducting research are not good enough
which affects the effectiveness about the content of research. Apart from this, there are various
tools and techniques adopted by me for the purpose of gathering information about various
important topics. This will help me to manage all research activities more effectively. Further, I
Put my maximum effort in utilising resources allotted to me in an optimum manner (Introducing
Research Methods. 2017). Due to giving more efforts in enhancing required skills such as
analytical skills, research skills. Strategic thinking etc. helped me a lot in conducting research in
more effective and efficient manner. For example, enhancing analytical skills help me to
interpret the data collected in research which will further help me to make an effective decisions
of the betterment of an organisation.
