From the above project report, it has been concluded that idea for expansion of coffee
business in other location can be beneficial for the company. They are planning to open new
shop in Barcelona for this purpose both of them has conducted a well organise research. The
study provides essential information about the marketing strategies and current financial position
of their business. With the help of these data they can plan various requirements according to the
