Project background
The happy campers Australia is a 7-year-old company, and now it has become one of the most
recognized companies in the country. The happy campers Australia is conducting a project of
essential systems development through which they are going to process their new software,
hardware and support of IT systems to make their project a success. In this assignment, we will

Australia that will make their ideas into a reality.
The proposed project of development information system is aiming to build high-quality

can sell their products through the eastern seaboard. The company’s CEO is thriving to do a
sustainable business for its company.
Project goal
Following are critical goals of the proposed project:
ï‚· To increase brand awareness.
ï‚· To reach to remote area customers.
ï‚· To develop a business environment that monitors the performance of the organization.
ï‚· The development information project will focus on the customers that can eventually lead
them to build an excellent reputation by increasing the manufacturing, production, timely
delivery, warranty repairs and with unique designs (Agresti, 2018).
ï‚· Increased company growth in Western Australia due to the rise of potential customer
density

satisfy their organizations operational, informational and management requirements. The
objective of the proposed project is to relate to the systems that have already been developed and
also to operate an effective and efficient manner.

Strategic alignment of project
The project management staff primary strategy is to change their business direction by
continuing to focus more on international visitors to bring in more potential buyers for their
campervan business. Another strategy approaches the business is taking is to give more focus on
the hybrid approaches and to the wholesaling by bogging down the other dealers’ operations.
Even though there are many risks attached to it, the main objective of the strategic alignment is
to focus on the goals and objectives of the business (Friese, 2019).

Report on external communication activities
The SharePoint can be used by the project managers to store the external documents, reports and
latest updates on the project. The SharePoint can also be used to minimize the data risks and the
security concerns that may be pervading in a business. The SharePoint can also be used as a tool
in the project to upgrade it for the security concerns of the business (Fryer, 2019).
The SharePoint can also be used for the interior individuals working the project to transfer the
reports and documents to the inner stakeholders in the project. The external communications
activity of the project also recommends that they can take advantage of social media platforms to
gain popularity and to tell the people in masses about the products and services of the project.
Recommendations
As every organization is putting their best efforts to emerge as market lead and wants to attain
sustainable growth, it is important for the organization to develop information system which the
company can use to access the information related to the organization.
The project development of information system needs to make sure that they take necessary
actions to prevent their budget issues, operational issues, financial issues and risks related to
entering into the new markets. The project can take the help of PMBoK methodology to make
various changes in the departments and also to emerge in the international markets of caravans to
explore more dealers and the potential buyers through their computer networks.
It is also recommended for the project that their goals and objectives must be in a confidential
manner as there are many other businesses that are emerging like them to make the popularity
among Australia. It is also recommended for the project that, to store their day to day updates,
project reports they can use the SharePoint as a medium to exchange of documents, report and
daily updates of the can operations. The SharePoint can also be used as a tool to minimize the
risks of security associated with the networks. For, the project it is also recommended that they
can use the various styles and networking styles to show their business over the other projects
that may include exhibiting in the markets (Little, 2019).
