Email
Email is the most common medium for formal and official communications in any
business organisation. It allows the users to send and receive files as well as long messages and
reports in it in a very secure manner. Ability to send the same message to multiple users at the
same instant is another major advantage of this particular medium.
Chat
While chat system is not exactly a very secure medium, it is very much useful for remote
communications especially if the communication involves exchange of informal contents. This
medium is recommended only if it is between the lower ranked stakeholders and even they
require remote communications.

6. Recommendations
Based on the analysis of the project, the following recommendations can be suggested for
the organisation.
The organisation must monitor the risks that have been identified and ensure the
mitigation plans are implemented at the right time to prevent the negative impacts
of the risks on the organisation.
The organisation must ensure the new strategies and developments are aligned
with the current market trends to ensure their success.
In addition to the recruitment of youth, the company must also focus on employee
retention and develop a balance between the young and the old employees.
